I've been on the Miss Buffalo a few times in my life time. It's always nice to take a boat ride and enjoy the scenery. The price differs depends on what time of the day your ride is. My family and I did the 2pm cruise for $22 per adult over the age of 12 and $12 per child 11 and younger. They sell snacks and beverages on the boat. No outside food or beverages are allowed on the boat. I would recommend purchasing your tickets ahead of time or online.

We had a blast on this cruise. We went as a part of a wedding celebration and the Miss Buffalo did not disappoint. The DJ was rockin a lot of old-school hits and had everybody up and dancing. The bartenders were friendly and the vibe was chill. The sunset on the Buffalo river was a beautiful in to a beautiful weekend. Thanks so much to the crew the captain and everyone who makes this event happen on a daily basis. We really enjoyed ourselves. If you were in Buffalo (when it’s warm) this is definitely a great way to end your evening… Or get it started.

My wife and I went on a work cruise, for a large group the staff did a great job accommodating for so many people, since it was open bar kudos to the bar staff. The food was good and the tour was scenic.

The moment I stepped into the boat, I instantly felt comfortable. The staff was extra nice. I loved hearing the history of Lake Erie and the canal. The drinks were amazing and the water was ice cold. Everyone that was not in the party was respectful. The view was amazing and the boat wasn't rough at all. We got close enough to see canal side but also Canada. I would definitely go again. It was cheap and it's worth the money. Everything was clean and I felt safe. Thanks again to the staff.

This boat tour will end up being a favorite. Marla was our tours host/ narrator. She is a fabulous woman and has a plethora of information to tell about Buffalo. The crew was amazing. The boat was clean. They are kid friendly. There is a snack bar available and they serve adult frosty beverages. It's only 2 hours long. To me it was perfect timing as the kids will only stay tuned in for so long. The pictures I got of the city from this boat are just beautiful. We will be doing this again when family comes in from out of town. Quite a class act this miss Buffalo is. 💗

When people think of Buffalo, they don’t (or at least I never did) think about the water. As someone who grew up in Western New York, I have been to Buffalo many times, but I have never seen the city like this. From the water you get a totally different, refreshing, view of the downtown area and waterfront. Tour was long enough to be worth it, and short enough to keep your attention. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend without hesitation and would come back with someone who’s never been for sure. A great time! But bring a jacket. Temperature was supposed to be 78 but the breeze off the water made it a bit chilly in short sleeves.

My husband and I went on the July 4th 11am History Cruise. The staff was super nice and polite. We had an awesome time! We didn't eat or drink anything, so I can only speak to the cruise itself. Really nice and I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fun experience for everyone it was a calm day on the water so we actually got to go out past the water reservoir in the middle of the lake and the old rotted out bouy that's now inhabited by birds.

Went as a surprise day-date with my fiance. Unfortunately it was a pretty windy day, even for Buffalo, and was also cooler than it normally is this time of year but that wasn't anyone's fault of course. The cruise was nice with decent views of downtown Buffalo and Lake Erie. The staff was friendly. Boat had ample seating, both "outdoor and indoor", on its upper and lower levels. Only reasons I didn't give 5 stars were because I do think the boat is a tad bit outdated and could use some minor cosmetic upgrades, and I also wasn't "wowed" by the experience altogether. I think this would be a fabulous sailing after sunset with the Beautiful city of Buffalo and it's skyline all lit up. The narration on the cruise was informative and provided current and historic details of the city, its surrounding areas, and also Canada just across the lake. All in all, I would do it again but, perhaps at nighttime when the city is all lit up and, of course, on a night it wasn't so windy. This is something kids would like also, and we will bring our children with us when/if we do return.

I requested a foot orthotics treatment, the order was delayed and they didn't call me when it came, I called several times. Because they told me we'll call you when he arrives. Because my wife has to wear it for at least a month before the appointment because she has an appointment with the doctor to see if her condition improved, but the order was delayed. I need to postpone the date. This is not good for her condition.

Very calm relaxing cruise with a very informative tour guide

Very informative tour. The boat was clean with plenty of seating. However, they have implemented a new carry on bag policy. Anything larger than a clutch must be carried in a clear bag. Overall we had a pleasant time.

Maryann was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly! As well as the crew that we met. We left with so much more appreciation of Buffalo! Highly recommended!!!

Get away from Niagra falls crowd and get away from city for a bit. One and a half hour ride. Just sit and relax. Suggetion for Buffalo cruises: I apprciate the narrator on boat and all the info he shared. But there should be quite time when, we passengers "only enjoy the boat ride". Like, 50% of the boat ride time is with narration / info sharing and the other 50% of the time when passengers just enjoy the ride. And I thank you all the crew for a great ride.

I am from Hamburg and return to live here after 36 years of living in a number of states. Buffalo is awesome and this river, black rock canal cruise was amazing. Clean, narrated, and a bar...wow. I'd do it again.

We recently did the river, lake and canal cruise. The boat is fabulous, spacious and comfortable with many great viewing locations on 2 levels. The operators included a lot of great sites , including going to the north end of the Black Rock canal and well out onto a very calm Lake Erie with excellent commentary on this 2 hour cruise. The crew, especially the guide , hostess were very hospitable and both the cruise and onboard refreshments were great value. We very highly recommend this operator for an excellent tour of the greater Buffalo waterfront.
