This place has a sign "no masks allowed" and I already knew what it was but decided to try anyway....went in to sell something only to be declined immediately. The raspy voice man behind the counter wasn't interested and made up excuses. I could understand if he actually saw the items but this seemed like racism. On the phone when he seemed okay but when I showed up it was a different story. This place was dirty with dusty and old items laying about the store. I wouldn't recommend this store. In response to the comment by this shop....you do know that one can still be racially discriminating, even if and like you claim to have some black and latino ancestry. Your services and attitude doesn't display as openness. Just because your last name is Hernandez doesn't mean you can't be racist, bigoted etc either, matter of fact, I have been discriminated against by Latinos, so your ancestry claim is null and void. You claim to be a person of color but yet you engage in such practices and like it excuses one from not being discriminatory. Please I'm not responding to you anymore because I said what I said. I'm not recommending this store.

I brought my wife's grandmother's anniversary ring to see if they could repair and replace a missing stone. When they looked at it they told me the metal was white gold, but the stones were not real diamonds. They offered to replace the fakes with real stones and repair and clean the setting. They actually told me they could have it ready the same day. The price they quoted was a little more than I expected but I knew how much the ring meant to my wife. I gave them the go ahead to fix it. About three hours later I got a call telling me the ring was done and I could come pick it up. When I saw the ring I was astonished at how beautiful and what an absolutely incredible piece of craftsmanship was done. I told John my wife is gonna cry when she sees it, and sure enough she did. Professional staff, great price, awesome work and excellent service. Highly recommended I'm sure they'll treat you awesome too!

Tried to sell a gold necklace and watch only got offered $500 and I took it to king of diamonds and they gave me $1500 . Lowballers.and the money was for a family funeral they did not even care.

Was asked about my experience here and it was and continues to be fair and courteous. Great staff and great deals. A tried and true outlet for my Star Wars and videogame collecting. Oh, and when you sell here you don't leave feeling taken advantage of. Very unusual for a pawn shop.

The owner Jeff is a very poor businessman . I went in there to purchase some tools and a really nice socket set caught my eye, but it was way overpriced. He wanted $150 and it was used. I told him I could get the same thing on Amazon or eBay for less. Jeff argued with me about it and said what about shipping I found the exact same product pointed it out. It was about $30 cheaper with free shipping and he blew a gasket.. started yelling about were people could go when they tell him. His prices are too high. This is a pawn shop, not Home Depot or Lowe’s.you can’t sell stuff at full retail, and expect people not to say your prices are too high. Then he wrote a review about me being in the store, and he accused me in the review of stealing he stated that I had stolen from the store and got kicked out, which is absolutely false do not do business with this place. They will give you very little for your product and then sell it at full retail price go to the pawn shop on Sheridan Drive near Niagara Falls Blvd. Better class of people and the owner is fantastic. Really nice guy. I’ve done business there before.. And they work with you on the price they don’t start screaming at you and telling you to leave. As the last thing you can’t even pawn an item it is called a pawn shop, right so why can’t you pawn anything? What a poor way to run a business

Tall incompetent eyes too close together pudgy imbecile gave me disgusting service today and letting you know to not even waste your time on with this pawn shop. It’s a joke store with a clown heading the madness.

I brought my necklace in to see if they could fix my clasp. The chain itself was very small so I didn’t have much hope. They fixed my small clasp and I left with a smile. Super friendly workers and the owner is amazing. So glad I stumbled across this place!

Dave was very helpful in determining some issues with my gaming pc. He gave me several suggestions and spent a good 1/2 hour of his time. He did not even charge me. Thank you Dave. I highly recommend this business establishment. 5/5

I have shopped at this pawn shop a few times now and I always leave with something awesome for a reasonable cost. The owner and his employees are always friendly, honest, give great customer service. Every thing is fairly priced. I have bought gold jewelry (my best purchase is an articulated fish pendant for my chain, so unique) and a gorgeous Gretsch bass guitar. I stop in every couple weeks to see what they got in recently, and they always have fresh new stuff to shop.

Went in to get my ring sized smaller it was done in 30min and he polished it till it look brand new. Great service

Went there not knowing the area , guys made me a nice trade and some cash for a guitar I didn't wanna part with, but had to. They made sure I left with a decent Ibanez and some money. Helluva deal, great place , highly recommend.
