We book 1 deluxe room, and 2 business rooms. When first check in, it was into the deluxe room and it was ok, when we checked in for the other rooms with balcony, we were quite disappointed, the rooms were much smaller. The next morning, we went for breakfast at 07.15, and were asked what do WA want to have but they only serve chicken porridge and there were only 3 pieces of pastel left. When the porridge serves, it was cold. So, I asked the breakfast for the other w rooms to be sent up to the rooms and the porridge should be warmed first, A few minutes later, one of the front desk came and told us that they have run out of the porridge and it will be replaced with toast. I complained and asked them to find chicken porridge. Until I wrote this. It is already 15 minutes and no solution was told.

Got this recommendation from a friend and turned out it was one the best WFA experience I’ve ever had! I got the twin bed room, it was spacious and super clean. The working station was nice as I could sit next to the big window facing outside, so it was refreshing. Bathroom was clean and big for its type — ample shower area. A lot of parking spots with a helpful parking attendant as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful too! They delivered my GoFood orders to my door 😀 It was such a nice experience!

Such a warm experience for my family. Great services and nice staffs. But i have a suggestion, if possible, provide a kettle in the room, so visitors who don't bring drinking bottles can easily take water.

We had a relative from out of town stayed there. It is nice, cozy n clean. with friendly service. The restaurant downstair named Tribe is also cozy with great food. In all it is recommended 👍

We have a great experience staying here as our home was renovated. Staffs are helpful especally the glassed man and the woman in the front desk. Room is clean, parking is easy and the security also very helpful.

the location is very suitable for a staycation or business, the location reaches office areas, shopping (POINS) & transportation (MRT Lebak Bulus / Fatmawati). The room is quite spacious for an affordable room price and the amenities are very good.

Nice stay, the place is cozy. All of the staffs are kind and welcoming. The room is spacious and clean, everything is well-cleaned. The restaurant is awesome too. Overall I love it. Please visit this place too everyone!
