For my first time here, I didn't stay overnight but I had a meeting with my coworkers. The meeting room is nice and very comfortable But unfortunately the margo hotel is very lacking in food, where at lunch the food is not refilled. It is unfortunate for a 4-star class but the fruit salad food is not refilled. And the food is less varied and less flavorful. Even the drinks are just ice water with no color/taste😭😭😭😭.

The hotel is good and staff are very friendly. However, they have a ridiculous policy that if you book through their website, you are not entitled to free personal clothes laundry. All of the other people I checked in with have their laundry done everyday at the hotel which is unfair considering I paid more than them since booking through their website cost a little bit more. It’s also a great way to discourage customers to not use their website or just go to a different hotel. It’s ridiculous that they don’t treat all customers equally.!

I stayed at the margo hotel to surprise my wife with a romanesque package which provided by the hotel, the receptionist (Ms.Novi) gave all the information which i need and her demeanor was friendly, she was very helpful. the room design with a romantic atmosphere and the candle light dinner made us very memorable, assisted by the service of Ms.Ambar who is very friendly and professional, my wife really likes the food which they served. and the Bar Server (Mr.Dede) was very friendly as well and the beverage which he served was very delicious. overall was out of my expectation, with a good teamwork and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. thanks a lot Margo Hotel Team ❤

Came here for meeting only. The meeting room is big and spacious, it has complete audiovisual facilities. We had a bit of a glitch during a virtual meeting, but I think that’s due to the Internet connection. The refreshment is good, with coffee, tea, and lots of snacks, usually Indonesian, traditional cookies, and cakes, are available. Lunch is also satisfying, with a complete buffet of rice, noodles, Beef, vegetables, fish, chicken, as well as appetizer and desserts. It has direct access to Margo city mall, so it is very handy if you have time to stroll around. It also has Mushola, which is clean and well-maintained. The hotel is disability, friendly, with a lot of flat floors, ramps and lift.

Friendly staff and hotel is located next to the mall which was good to take a stroll and grab something to eat from the restaurants or shop for clothes. However, the bathroom in our suite was dirty and mouldy. The cleaner happened to come to my room to clean while I was there. He asked if he could clean and I said yes, I watched him clean and never did he clean the shower. Buffet breakfast was good and many varieties to choose from.

Everything were ok, unless parking system vs check out time were not well recorded/ communicated between hotel and parking system, hence they charged us full day parking instead of should be started counting at 12 pm pr 1 pm according to the c/o time. Mean, it's not worthed to spend time in the mall whilst we also stay at the hotel. Very disappointed nor bad experience.

Came brunch with my family. Excellent food, lots of flavour, nice service by Mela (greeter) and Ferdi (staff). And nice view from the pool. One of the best hotel in Depok. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in. Good job and thank you 🤙🏻.

4* hotel at Depok area with a great location, services and other accomdation like a huge conv room. Right head of mall margocity are benefit you will get while stayed. Love ambience and spacious conv/meeting room and all the staff most well know how to service the guest. 👍

Conveniently located next to the mall and nearby eateries. Bluebird taxis are always available at front. Condition of the room might be improved. But excellent staff - they answered my inquiries so quick, my one-weekend stay was nothing but pleasant. And the restaurant offers a very good breakfast spread! My favourites are their daging ijo, freshly made donuts and fresh juices (on request as well).

They had a fabulous breakfast with diverse range of food from Asian, western and Indonesian. The pastries was good, although needs improvement on the donuts type. The general taste for each food was good and yummy! This hotel also has good swimming pool and decent gym. Some things to note, 1. The lobby at night can be full of mosquitos, so better put many electric mosquito repellent in the lobby area. 2. The location is near Margo City and in the Margonda street, so beware of the hellish traffic of Margonda street on Friday night and Saturday night. We have to wait 2-3 hours to get taxi during those times. There must be additional facilities to make sure the hotel guest get better service in terms of transportation option from and to Margo Hotel to everywhere. Regardless of the classic issue of Margonda street.

Spend two work weeks here in November ’23, with weekends in Jakarta, just 30 mins cab ride away. I worked about 2km up the road, and most mornings there were Bluebird taxis outside and if not, not more than a few mins wait. I had a corner room that was very comfortable with everything needed, and a nice view to the distant mountains. Very friendly staff, security were great, and nice selection for breakfast. Would be nice if the pool opened later, as after getting back from working there wasn’t much time for a dip, but it was nice when I could. Margo Mall right next door with lots of food places.

It was an average. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is okay, too many choices but the quality is not there yet. My suggestion is maybe focus on the a few dishes and improve the quality. Unfortunately, the pool looks a bit green like on the picture. Not sure why

Very well maintained and run hotel. The staff was great during my stay. I like to make a special mention to Ima (Ira?) from the morning breakfast group. What a nice professional young lady. She is a star among stars on your staff. Keep up the good work!

The hotel's experience is positively unique even among 4-stars hotel in its class. Everything is taken care of which is very satisfying. I would like to note the wide array of cuisines available in the breakfast buffet which is rare even for a hotel in its class. Even Indomie is available. Its location inside Margo City complex is made better by the direct connection inside the hotel to the mall lobby so guests won't have to walk far.

Over all rooms 1505 & 1507 its good but at room 1509 for my parent found AC its not cool and i try to lower the temperature still warm and my parents said that the sheets seemed to have not beem replaced and have experienced itching during sleep at night. For the breakfast over all good and i suggest to create some activity for kids like fun cooking or watch kids movies. Thank you..

The Hotel is well located and you have 2 malls in the neighbourhood as well as quick access to the university. The staff is friendly, attentive and approachable with requests. Lots of food options in the mall give you a great selection of different food styles, both Asian and Western. The street Infront is always busy, as to expect in Jakarta metropolitan area. Rooms are clean and spacious, but the style feels cold and a bit dated to me. But that's a matter of taste. Probably the best place to stay in Depok. Breakfast selection and taste is great.

We stayed for 2 nights for deluxe room. The hotel has strategic location which directly connected to margo city mall. The room size, the cleanliness and the amenities was ok, but the toilet a little bit smells and the flushing system was not good enough. The lobby is good, the staff and the food was ok, unfortunately nothing special for this hotel, except for its location and its night view from 11th floor. The gym and the pool is ok.

Good Hotel with all the amenities and standard features. Connected to Margo mall in the busiest area in Depok. The rooms are spacious and good though the design look rather old for a new hotel.

i can say this is the best hotel in..... Depok. i used burgundy 1A meeting room which was always clean and tidy. the toilet in L floor is no joke, i guess they clean it every hour or even minute, which is good!! the bedroom were cozy, clean, and super comfortable. one thing that need more attention is the lunch menu in meeting room. i ate 2 times the lunch menu there, but the food was kureng :( too bad. keep it up ya, margo hotel! you're all cool!

Excellent services of the staff, especially those who served at the entrance door, cleaning and laundry services as well as the Chef and kitchen staff. While the hotel has good amenities, superb breakfast and placed in strategic location, the room wall does not have noise reduction. I booked for 2 nights yet shortened my stay, partly because the room next door (1624) was sooo noisy and loud (had to let other family member to continue the booking for the followinh night). They had karaoke nights from 11pm till over midnights and i could hear from my room. I tried to notify this neighbour and rang 3 times, yet they never showed up. Then i notified the hotel staff yet the karaoke activity of the room next door does not stop till the following night (3-4 April 2023). Truly noisy and loud for truly tired travellers, unfortunately the wall is unable to contain it that other rooms could hear the noise. Totally no quietness when your next door inconsiderate of other guests feelings and needs for peace, good sleep and quietness.

Love the hotel and the location. Good pleasant experience the 2 days i stayed there. Only draw back was the lack of a money changer at the hotel and also at Margo City. But apart from that, I found the hotel excellent.

We had such a lovely stay at The Margo Hotel, From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the bell boys outside then one of them showed us to the check in counter. The guy who helped us check in was George and he is extremely helpful and very friendly. In the center of Depok, great room and spacious, huge ballroom for any events you want to make. Nice foods 5 star quality. If you wanna shop you can find the margo shopping center at the back of the hotel.

comfortable place for a staycation, connected to the mall and super complete, good view from the pool, the hotel I chose is around Depok. stayed at suite room. good service. but I was a bit surprised to see that the price was increasing every month, but there was no change in the facilities provided, and also thank you very much to Mr. Yudith Akbar for the small surprise of the welcome cake and fruit, there is also a lot that needs to be improved regarding the taste of the food at breakfast and so on. Hopefully it will be further improved and balanced with the room prices.

Stayed here on business trip in June 2023. The location, for being next to Margo Mall and Universitas Indonesia, is excellent. But it's a long way from the airport and Jakarta city centre. The reception staff are exceptional; as good as the most famous hotels I've stayed at. In the morning, before the Jakarta pollution haze sets in, you can see volcanoes!

It was a one night trip. The hotel is good tho rather old interiors. It is attached to a mall, so it can be quite handy if you need anything like coffee, food, and some little shopping. Please be aware that this is a heavily jammed area with traffic every day.

12 out of 10! Clean room, nice staff, large pool, within walking distance to Margo City, spacious kids playground, the variety of food they served, what else to expect? But what surprise me the most is the food they served for lunch! The kids almost didnt wanna leave the restaurant that day, as sooo much foood to explore! Pizza, ice cream, chocolate fountain, and lollipop are four of the best things in lyfe they could serve to their guests! HIGHLY recommended, in particular for a family who drain for a staycation in one of megapolitan cities in this galaxy 😎

I love rooms and the sercices, everything that the (family) needed. among hotel in margonda Depok, i think this hotel is the best, especially infinity pool while relaxing your body in the pool you can enjoy mountainview. recommend staying here of course. welldone

I did not check-in, but I participated in an event Held there. The location is top notch, and the food service is outstanding. They give free Yakult as meeting snack.

The staff's attitude was very good. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall.

love this hotel so much, the room is luxurious, clean and neat, this hotel connected to the mall , the pool is rooftop view and the coffeeshop is at the swimming pool area, the coffee menu are so good, it is also family friendly

It's great and huge hotel in Depok Area, nice view from upper room, nice view from the pool. But the AC is very bad, it's central AC so you can't control the AC's temperature. And it's always in 19°C it's make you freezing all the time you stay in room. Very bad temperature, not comfort to stay long in room. Even the hot food and beverage will getting cold quickly. In room 1221.

The rooms are comfortable, close to the Margonda Mall and depok town square in opposite it. The breakfast is also good, although not much variety but it's worth it. If you want to order rooms with your extended family, and can not be in one room do not worry, the room has a door that connects to other rooms. This is recommended for you.

The experience was truly amazing! The hotel was very helpful and accommodating as our group had man bags that they graciously helped us move everyday. The pool was amazing with an amazing view. The food at the restaurant was really delicious and the staff was amazing. Especially Ms. Jihan and Ms. Amanda who were really who we had the opportunity and of seeing a almost everyday. They both made us feel like we were royalty with their hospitality.

Very comfortable hotel to stay. nearby the Margo city mall. Which is very convenient. Moreover the breakfast here is various with a very helpful waitress named Amanda. Her English is so good. Helped me a lot. There is perfect view of this city. You can have a general view of this whole city at 15 floors. Very nice trip.

Service was amazing! The rooms were really nice and clean. The breakfast was really good with a more than large enough variety of food for breakfast. (I don’t know what those donuts were called but they were amazing) The food restaurant was really good as well as the service. I want ti thank all of the staff at the restaurant personally for making the experience amazing!

Good location in the downtown of Depok. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, covid protocol applied. However, room air conditioner is centralized. It was too cold at night and I couldnt raise the temperature.

Although the hotel was under COVID status, where the pool and other facilties were not available. However during my stay, I was met with courtesy by all members of staff. Security was good ensuring all guests arriving had to be check for temperature and hands sanitised before entering the hotel. The occupation was not so high considering the circumstances. Check in was very simple as all details were availble for a fast check in. Names apart from one I remember as service delivered was very polite indeed (Amber) "thank you!!! My room was a suite, which was very comfortable with a very delightful afternoon Tea delivered either to the room or the ground coffee lounge. However the TV channels whilst watching the movies, the sound sync did not match to the movie. Other than that, the shopping mall conected to the hotel was a short distance away to walk. Lots of places to eat and buy things!! A pleasant stay!!!

Everything was excellent from our first entry. The check in process was smooth and fast,the room was clean the breakfast was absolutely delicious with countless variety of food from western to Indonesian with local touch with outstanding service. The service was beyond expectation. One of the staff ran to us as he saw us struggle to put all of our luggages into the car. The best of all when our daughter left her cellphone in the room and we just realized it when we were at the airport,they've managed to sent it to us safely and no charge at all. We have definitely enjoyed our time here. And definitely coming back for the next visit Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to all the staff at the Margo hotel.

Great access, easy entrance to the mall and Starbucks, there's also a hawker near the hotel. The hotel is also easy to find thanks to its location which is near the train station. Most importantly, they provide card-type hand sanitizer in the meeting package

Good room and food, very satisfied with hotel staff that are friendly and helpful. Nice view of mountain at south and city view to the north, make sure you got room above 10th floor to enjoy the view. Sadly the wifi connection was poor. I have to say poor because even Instagram story took almost a minute to load up. Come on guys you can improve wifi connection better than this, everyone needs internet nowdays. PS: sorry I have to give 3 stars

One of the best hotels in Depok. Facilities are good and complete. But the road in front of the hotel is always jammed. You have to be patient to get there.

Beautiful, clean, and modern. The pool is pretty small tho, and the cleaning service didn't clean thoroughly and made small mistakes like restocking shower gel with shampoo. No lunch nor dinner just breakfast.

First of all, this has been the nicest hotel I ever stayed at! The crews are nice. Also, I love their breakfast. They served British breakfast as well as local cuisine! Even various of rice, from nasi briyani to nasi uduk.

Location is easily accessed, but the food is just standards. They can't even properly cater for vegetarian dieters.

Room's cozy, but it was very cold eventhough we've set the AC at the highest temperature. Breakfast was delicious with many food choices. Location's great, you can easily get to Margo City through the hotel.

Definitely the best hotel in Depok. Very good breakfast (OMG that Jamu.. the best) and service is great.. Shopping mall is right next door with many good restaurants and shopping options. To the management I would say please make sure to maintain room standard. We westerners have a very detailed eye for defects. Paint walls where needed. Clean shower head when stocked etc...

A sparking-clean spacious room with good amenities, and fair price. Employees are very polite and helpful. Location is attached to the biggest mal in Depok, with so many visitors. Thus, we've got stuck in a very long traffic jam, in order to get into the hotel Margo City area.

The place is located in the center of Depok, the breakfast is various however the freshness of the food is questioned, the room is good, the facility is good, the mall is next to the hotel, you can find anything easily

The Margo Hotel is the best hotel around University of Indonesia. It's connected to the Margocity Mall, also only about 10 minutes walk to the Pondok Cina (Pocin) station. Recommended!

Good services, Humble staff, we have nice room view the only minus is the air con coz is centralize and very hard to set room temp manually, the room get very cold, our kids get a flu bcoz of it

All the staff were very helpful. One of the staff helped me to chase after my brother's car to let him know the car park was in the basement. Then when I checked in, I wanted to get the room with an extra bed, but the only available room is the smoking one. The receptionist allowed me to check the room to see whether I am okay with the room smell since I prefer non-smoking room. The staff in the restaurant always helped me to open the door when I was carrying food outside. That was nice. The breakfast needs some improvement. The chicken porridge was bland. The location is very convenient.

The Margo hotel in it facility was just like any other hotel. Before I go further I will point out that the only thing I had to complain about is the slow internet. SO back to what made my stay so fantastic. The staff!!!! I would name them all if I could only spell their names aside from pronouncing them. The young girl at the breakfast buffet new my name, and always had a hot cup of coffee waiting for me! The staff at the Bistro where I spend most of my off time. Always there to help, great conversation, and fast service. Never once did I ever have to ask for anything twice. These people definitely made my stay as fantastic as it was.

I visited here with my family, there is a waiting room for children, and it is child-friendly. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind, very helpful, the AC rooms are cold... Close to the Mall. and have direct access to the Mall..., Very recommended Hotel

Nice place to stay, have a many variant menu on breakfast, food taste good. Employees service so good. Have car and motorcycle parking. If u bored with its resto food u can just go to Margocity Mall. Something that i not like with this hotel is its internet connection. Its free wifi slow and connection bar only 2 to 3 bar in room. When close with its router (meeting room) have full bar but still slow connection. Must increase its bandwidth.

No debate, Margo Hotel is the best hotel at Depok right now, so i will just point out some improvement point: - The cleanliness of the bathroom: you may need to do some check after the cleaning, because there are spots here and there, and somehow i can find traces of uncleaned surfaces. - I think we need better room temperature control. I can not set my room temperature to some degrees and it keeps chilling and breaking down 18 degree even when i set it to 26. - You may need to limit people capacity at the restaurant as long as pandemic still an issue. The restaurant at my time of visit feel so cramped with people. Also you need to strict to your rules about pandemic, i heard that someone beside me force your breakfast restaurant staff to let someone "not passed the temperature check" into the restaurant, and they laugh about it. I want to smack their (the customer's) smug winning face. But i know that your staff may not be prepared to handle arrogant customers like them, and you may need to tell your staff how to handle these customers who make other customers feel uncomfortable with their arrogant attitude and endangering other visitors with their manner. - Please clean your window, the view from Margo Hotel rooms are amazing, but some serious cases of stains are blocking the wide view of mountains and the cities. Last but not least, happy 6th birthday again to Margo Hotel, keep going up with your hospitality's quality and services and you can survive this together!
