VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I booked this hotel through their website & went with my parents. I booked SUPER DELUXE room. But it was a very very basic room, not at all worth Rs. 1500. The photos shown are not at all close to the actual room!! Bedsheets & pillow cover were not clean..we asked them to change it. Almirah was locked and not useable. Bathroom was not cleaned before our check in (used shampoo pouches were lying on floor). There was dust on the floor also. WiFi was not accessible from our room. Wooden furnishing was broken at all places. Not at all worth for the family. Some good points: Close to railway junction, TV was working (remote was NOT), gyser was working and hot water was available.

The facilities are very good, the room's service of this hotel is the best, Bed is also very comfortable😍😍

I m a business women and I stayed here for 2 days. I saw Barati stayed here for marriage ceremony. I feel like .... marriage is going on in my home... I feel very celebrating. Very positive environment of hotel. As well as it is safe couple also. And the best thing is that there is no parking problem. Huge space for parking.and unique thing is GHAR JAISA KHANA is osm🥰🥰🥰. Staff is too good and friendly. I fall in love with this environment of hotel. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!

The suffocated rooms without balconies made the stay slightly uncomfortable. Improved ventilation would greatly enhance the overall experience. Overall very upset with this hotel.

Very bad experience. It was my first time to stay here. Room wasn’t clean Everywhere cigarettes was on the floor. I order for food like 12:45pm they said your order will be served like 20 minutes But I got my order after 1 hour. Never gonna visit here It was my first or last time Thanks.

The location is great. Nice interiors. Has a parking as well. Has nice rooms with efficient room service. Has a great cuisine with many continental to local dishes. The place is neat and tidy. Overall a good place.

Surya inn hotel is good for staying with comfortable price. It's situated in main market so obviously best location for staying. Service is also good. I prefer surya in near zudio showroom for staying

Accomandation is good ,but cheet me not providing the stey Bills ,at the time of Check out I paid the bill but Bill was not given on demand.There was Rakesh Kaushik who attend us ,this person ensure he will send bill by whatsapp or on mail but after many calls /msg given but Bill still pending .Now he put my number in rejected list ,If there is any senior staff / owner plz discuss & submit reply ....

Bed are not so good and mosquitoes are real problem here. No network or internet connection

Say to leave a room early because they give rooms to couples at double the rate many times in morning
