HR @ Aglasem don't know how talent acquisition process works for senior positions. They shortlisted me and scheduled my interview for a date after a week. At reception, they gave me a poorly devised questionnaire and after that I met a recruiter who has no clue of my profile. She just asked 2-3 questions on my personal information and within 3-4 mins it got over. I asked her, is this really an interview and her answer was "we will let you know if you are shortlisted". Once you invite a professional with 14-15 years of experience, then it has to be a formal interview with HOD, Director, CEO etc not with a recruiter. These type of basic questions should have been asked in a telephonic discussion at the time of shortlisting where you gauge the applicant's suitability basis his industry, experience, budget, inclination etc and you can't kill our time for such irrelevant interview. A big turn off. Total waste.

Good place for the freshers if they can cop up with the rigid rules .

HR`s behavior is good Working environment in my vision is good. I have cleared all the round but they said to me to mail the result and they mail within 24 hours that I am rejected. I think I was nervous

The work environment is quite relaxing. It is a platform which helps students, job seekers to be well aware of all the latest information related to entrance exams etc.

Worked in Hindi department under akshat sir and mona for 2-3 months. it was like working with best friends full on fun but due to higher studies can't continue hope can work in future as well under them again

This Company making fool everyone, they Shortlist my CV and ,I got the interview call from Amcat ,i completed all interview process with 90 percent of Marks and after that HR say me your CV is not matching with our job profile ....

I worked at AglaSem EduTech Private Limited as a content writing intern for 6 months. It was the best internship of my whole life. I wish I get the same opportunity again, to work here as a content writing intern. The working hours were so flexible, the team was so cooperative. Especially my mentor and HR, Wajeeha Zehra and Puja Kumari were so approachable and courteous. I wish I get a chance again to work with them. I’m so proud of this organisation. Keep growing!
