This is a fraud! Please refrain from getting your rental agreement done by them! They charge you for the service before providing the soft copy. And they say the soft copy will be given to you on the same day but this is not the case. I have followed up with them multiple times to get the soft copy after paying 450/- for the rental agreement before hand at the time of raising the request. After a point they stop replying. Their customer service on the phone is pathetic. They hang up without giving much information and say they can’t help further. Do not take this service. Stay away from getting scammed.

I gave 650 rupees for rental agreement last week. Post that, Mr Prashant is not responding even after multiple attempts to reach. While I will raise FIR (if they don't respond tlby today evening )for fraud please do not fall prey to such website.

after getting the money, they stopped replying on whatsapp or picking up the call. Under no condition should you pay any advance to these guys. Only pay the amount once they share dtdc receipt and digital copy of the rent.

Fraud Alert! This has turned out to be a scam. They charged me 100% advance payment for getting rent agreement on stamp paper. But stopped replying and picking up calls after payment was done.

I paid the fee for rental agreement. Then told they will provide soft copy next day. But next day after follow up also they didn't sent the soft copy. They will just say they will provide but will not pick up call and do not respond. Its like once they received the money their job is over.

Well, I had this situation where I needed the hard copy to be delivered within 24 hours, while the t&c clearly mentioned for 3-4 business days. To my amazement, these people went above and beyond and ENSURED that my situation and requirement were taken care of. They are professionals with the quintessential human touch. Thank you guys!!! Would have given you 100 stars out of 5 if there was an option.

This is a very big fraud issue going on. I paid the money (INR700) for making the rental agreement and did not get any Response/Mail/Call even after 2 days. I wanted it urgently for an official work. Shame on you guys. There is no option to give 0 starts. So giving a 1 star rating.
