    Pro - Very nice and specious gym. All machines are from lifefitness. Con - No seperate brench for chest workout(Decline incline and flat). only one bench is there and you have adjust for all for all chest workout.

    I have been going Cult from past few months and been to multiple Cult Gyms ( Gyms Only, no feedback for other activities center ) and I must say the golf course gym is the only good gym they got. Rest of the gyms are either very old or not well equipped.

    Even this is injustice to give this center 1 star. Google is not having option of worst category. Some friendly guys helped this center to open from its lowest, they helped the owner to get reach the center on top of that location. But this is unfortune of the center that the management kicked them out without any solid reason. The greediness was on the top some hardworkers, some hustlers, some single earners and some learners was kicked out without any reason and on that time when they lost their previous jobs, they left that trust of their previous employers for this center. And now I am back after 1 year and had not found anybody of them. I am very sad to say this. This is very very and very bad for as a human being... The main brand owner should care about this because they trainers/coaches are really very hardworkers... Love for those guys..💓🙏

    It's a very good gym. You can do olympic lifting in this gym. And by saying that what I mean is that one can drop weight by once after clean or jerk. Usually coach say you don't need to fail during your lifts. But failing your lift is a part of improving your lifts. So, this gym is the place for your strength workouts. Athleticism too as they have many options of workout. No lifting bar over here is in bad condition. Which is the problem of many gyms. They have plenty of boxes and stepper. And over that there is no user weight limit. So, even if you are 100+kg. And want to perform weighted step ups then you can. The equipment won't show any weaknesses at all. Well it's a review as per my use case.. For you it might be a different scenario. Visit this gym and experience it yourself. They have good trainers in the gym. If you're a bigener they will love to help you generally as well as personal trainer too if you will hire them.

    This cult center has most client than rest of the places in gurugram. Very much crowded in the evenig from 6-10PM. Although management and cleaning is good. On 2nd floor there is reception, group classes and cardio area and on 3rd floor there is wight lifting. Trainers are very friendly and will advice you at any point of time you get stuck. Exceptions are everywhere. For any beginer it is very much adviced to take group classes and learn the poses of the workout from different sessions. Boxing, S&S, HRX, dance all the classes are held on 2nd floor. There is a decent area for parking your vehicle in case you want to go with that.

    Really good place to workout for both Cardio and Gym. Helpful people and trainers. Anyone who’s looking to improve their health & fitness should visit once, they also have two day trail for free on their App.
