Hi! Placed an order of a lehenga with you, paid an advance, only for you guys to tell me a couple of days later that, the same fabric is not available. How can you take orders if the fabric is not available ??? Then when I asked for a refund, suddenly then the contact person said, that they can make it in the same fabric. Your services are horrible, and I do not wish to proceed with my order. I would like a refund. Also nobody in your team gets back to me. I have been waiting since 3 days! Nobody calls back!!! I can’t keep calling you guys for an update. STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A CALL BACK. They just want the client to pay advance just to exploit them later!

Terrible experience as well. No one from their accounting team communicates. Called incessantly and no response. My mother went to pick up my outfit when she was in India. She set up a date and time with the store employees, showed up on time and they made her wait three hours saying that they didn’t know she was coming. They didn’t even offer her a glass of water. She’s a 60 year old woman. I paid 3 lakhs for my outfit and received terrible customer service. Do not recommend buying from here. Buy the brand from ogaan or aashni for the same price and better service.

I wore a gorgeous lehenga (from 'Rang Rangeeli' collection) from Abhinav Misra at my wedding and it was outstanding! Of course, Abhinav's work doesn't need a review - this review is for the store and logistics. I was assisted by Iqra and she was wonderful! It took about 3 months for the outfit and then some minor alterations. The bridal box and garment bag are very cheap quality (I know it doesn't matter, but my RAH outfit came in a leather box) for a couture brand. There was some confusion with the timing of the pick up as well - the customer service is not the best IMO. But the outfit is worth it! :) Thank you!

This is my first time writing for a designer. THANKFULLY i didn’t not buy anything from Abhinav Mishra. I was looking for my reception outfit and I tried multiple times to get in touch with the team ( WhatsApp/Instagram) NO RESPONSE at all. Do they really want our business. I am happy to tell you that other big brands have better teams that very QUICK in responding and helping customers book their order. I would not recommend this brand and say if you are overseas and want to order please order from other brands. I am sure this will not bring any dent on their brand but at least save genuine customers that are looking for outfits. Hope this helps.

Absolutely amazing collection. Very unique and outfit order was too perfectly fitted. Staff very warm and helpful and Abhinav is a very pleasant personality. We are extremely happy with their service. A must have in your wedding wardrobe.

The Abhinav Mishra team was really helpful and kind. I was unable to travel from Dubai to India to shop for my wedding , but I reached out to the team of Abhinav Mishra via Whatsapp and was treated as a special client then I have placed an order online one month back so today finally I got my outfit , I feel like anything.
