The fit was messed up and the clothes came back smelling of PIF PAF. the designer refused to owe up to the mistake, clothes were all 3-4 inches loose. they absolutely were not helpful at all post handing the clothes. please AVOID if you want peace of mind.

I’ve had the most horrible experience with Studio Iris, the designer is completely unprofessional and doesn’t care at all about the clients. Save yourself a headache and go to another more reputable brand!

Amazing collection of wedding dresses

Had the worst experience with the brand - my biggest mistake was not reading the BAD reviews before actually opting for it! I had to go for 3 fitting and yet the blouse never fit after taking a good 15 days - and the most shocking part was they seemed to not understand what was going wrong; finally my local Masterji had to reopen and fit the blouse in a DAY while iris took a whole 30 days and still couldn’t solve it! On top of that I got the dupatta customised and paid extra for which too I wasn’t satisfied with. Then I had to pay again and get the original dupatta! Would not recommend if you want peace of mind, skip and go for a local tailor instead or even a branded product; you’d be better off both in terms of quality & service.
