Had the best experience I’ve had at a vivienne westwood store, the staff were all so lovely and couldn’t have been any more helpful!

I brought my son a wallet for Christmas paid approx £125.00 , unfortunately after only 18 months the lining started to come undone I returned the wallet to the shop as there was a 2 year warranty on it but was told it was wear and tear !!!! , really after 18 months wallets of a good quality should last years, we were offered a repair which we excepted, my son had the wallet back less than a week and the lining which they had repaired had come undone again , we have now been told they are not prepared to do anything elts !!!!! ... the 2 year warranty stands for nothing we are absolutely disgusted with the outcome they are asking top dollars for poor quality goods .... so please becarefull when purchasing anything from Vivienne Westwood the warranty stands for nothing.

Terrible customer service. Been a lover (and buyer) of this designer for years. Bought a pair of socks in the sale. Told one price and charged extra at the till. Then realised that they were the wrong size, wen't to take them back and told that refunds aren't allowed on sale. No other sizes so I'm stuck with a pair of expensive, wrong sized socks. How does it feel to loose a customer over a £14 pair of socks?

Staff seem to If not unless you start buy I g items which is a shame as most people need to browse initially. Shop is nicely detailed and clothes are as expected as are prices. Clean and tidy.

It was a very hard going to get to the place with 4 lanes of traffic coming to a roundabout. But a very nice place to visit with good parking big beaches dogs on leads and waste bins a nice hotel/ pubs and cafes surviving very good food and lovely views from the sea front .

Terrible customer service! To be honest it's a online gift card not instore shopping. Been waiting 3 days for gift card email and being told same thing how many phone calls later. Would not buy there again or recommend for that reason!

Really nice staff apart from one looked down his nose at me until I started to buy things. Really annoyed me think it was out of order!!! But other than that really helpful love shopping there.
