    After having my first baby I joined Jo’s exercises classes when my little one was about 3 months. I instantly got a great feeling about the class at my first taster session. Jo made me feel so welcome and the class is so relaxed - you just do as much as you can get done in between changing nappies and breast feeding in a friendly and welcoming environment but it’s also a great workout if you can get it all done. The cuppa at the end along with Jo’s delicious treats is a wonderful way to connect each week with other mummies. It’s my favourite class I have done since having a baby and would highly recommend. My baby is also well entertained and stimulated interacting with all the toys Jo puts out and the other babies. Thank you Jo x

    This is my second time round with Jo’s classes. The mum2b classes are fantastically tailored to each persons stage of pregnancy and each persons personal fitness. As well as keeping fit it’s a chance to meet a number of mums some of whom have gone on to be great friends. Post birth I have joined buggy babies, come rain it shine it’s a great motivator to get out of the house with your little one out into a beautiful setting of beacon hill. Each week is different and there’s a chance to socialise afterwards at the cafe. Jo is extremely knowledgeable, personable and a great motivator. I couldn’t recommend Jo’s anti natal and post natal classes high enough.

    Jo is amazing! Her kindness, knowledge and motivation has helped ease me back into fitness after two complicated back-to-back pregnancies. I was very nervous to get back into exercise but Jo has made it much easier. The classes are a great way to meet other mum’s and we all enjoy a well earned cup of tea and homemade vegan chocolate at the end. I would thoroughly recommend!

    Jo is amazing and very knowledgeable about postnatal recovery and exercise. Her classes are a perfect blend of working hard and pushing yourself safely, meeting lots of lovely mummies whilst being able to bring your little ones to interact with other babies. Both Buggybabies and CoreBaby classes are brilliant and are really encouraging to help you get your fitness back. A cherry on the top is coffee and a lovely homemade raw chocolate treat after working hard! Thank you Jo for being superb and making me feel a little stronger each week!

    Jo is amazing! Her antenatal exercise classes were a great support to me in keeping fit during pregnancy as well as safely managing aches and pains. I now attend CoreMama and after having a caesarean found that it gave me the confidence and skills to work out. As well as getting sweaty it is a great opportunity to meet other mums and I love that I can bring my little boy who loves to watch and play then have a chat and a coffee afterwards.

    I have done Jo’s core baby and buggy babies session after having both my boys as well as the prenatal Pilates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is pregnant or post partum, it’s a lovely group of mums supporting each other all the way!!

    I attended Jo’s pregnancy fit class when I was pregnant with my son, it was really important to stay physically and mentally active and the class was suitable for this in addition to making new friends! I currently attend core baby and buggy babies with my baby and love both sessions which are safe and suitable for the post natal period! Thank you Jo, I look forward to them every week with George xxx

    I have recently started attending Jo’s CoreBaby classes 4 months after having my second child and I can HIGHLY recommend them! Jo creates a really fun and informal atmosphere and provides playmats, chairs, toys etc to make sure babies are entertained - she will even soothe your upset little one for you if needed so you don’t have to miss a rep! 😆 Jo is really knowledgable and caters for all abilities - and to top it off makes incredible sugar free goodies which have become a regular in our house! I wish I’d discovered these classes after my first baby - just fab! Xx

    Jo and her Wednesday Buggy Babies class at Beacon Hill are great! I love the combination of enjoying the great outdoors and meeting new people in the same situation as you, whilst being able to take your little one with you and getting some exercise. Jo knows her stuff and will look after you to ensure you look after your postnatal self in the right way whilst participating in the class.

    Jo's classes are fantastic: suitable for any level as she plans, explains and advises adaptations for every exercise to meet everyone's needs. She's also brilliant at advising on pregnancy fitness (and any other general pregnancy and antenatal advice!)

    I can't recommend Jo's exercise classes enough! Brilliant when you're pregnant and postpartum. Jo approaches everyone as an individual to help you build stamina and strength; the social aspect is also a great boost.

    I would recommend any mum to be or post birth mum to try her classes. You can cater them to your level and they're accessible to all. I'm glad I didn't chicken out and not go as I can find making new friends a bit awkward or tricky 😅 however I have met lovely women of varying ages and backgrounds and made some true friends that I will continue to socialise with. Jo is friendly and giving and truly does care about you all and she inspires women to continue exercise at their own pace pre / post natally. I genuinely feel I am more connected to my core muscles and pelvic floor than I have ever been which has improved my hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction. I have implemented the skills I've learnt into my personal weight/cardio training sessions which has helped improve my core stability and mobility. Thanks again Jo!
