Good food, nice drinks, relaxed atmosphere & a doggy bar 🐾🐕

Tarro Lounge is a wonderful bar and restaurant located in the Crescent in Hinckley, it’s a large venue with stylish decor and friendly staff and is also dog friendly. They have a decent menus and their burgers are particularly good. There are probably better places to get cocktails in Hinckley but otherwise their drinks menu is too notch and very reasonably priced. The staff have always been friendly and there are plenty of gluten free and veggie options. You also get 3 hours free parking at Sainsbury’s if you collect a QR code voucher on the way out. They also sometimes to special events such as music and quizzes which are also great fun. Excellent venue.

What a great find! Travelling through Hinckley looking for a nice breakfast and we found it at Tarro Lounge. Full English , cooked well, lovely staff, great service , good value for money. Highly recommend a visit .

Now I'm impressed... Second menu that is only vegan! And is so amazing! Not mention that place is in nice way decorated and staff was friendly and very helpful.

The vibe, the food, the esthetics of the place is excellent. Dog friendly too. Relaxed, ordered at the table, very intimate yet loads of space between tables. I've been a couple times now, and I'll be going back for sure. Treat yourself, they won't disappoint.

A little expensive but they take such good care of my very disabled sister. She is made to feel as welcome and important as everyone else. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

It's really nice in here with a not bad range of food options and drinks. Personally we don't like the number of children and dogs so tend to either sit outside or go early doors. Nice atmosphere though and we like the ways it's decorated.

Brunch Shakshuka was extremely good. Quick friendly service. Quite noisy because it was very busy but didn't spoil our enjoyment.

Lovely atmosphere and amazing helpful staff. Food is always of a good quality. Only niggle is £2.50 for three tiny onion rings...... Otherwise another pleasant visit

What a great place to hook up with family and friends. I wish that there was a place like this near our house. The food was lovely, hot where appropriate and the staff friendly and efficient. A lovely atmosphere in there.

Lovely doggy friendly place to eat, looks like a nice bar to go to on an evening, great food. It does say a lot about the type of people running an establishment like this when the food is such high quality and small details and changes that can be made so easily to accomodate people who might not like certain things are done so with ease. Staff are really friendly and I will be coming here again!

Lovely food, great place! 3 dinners in a row in this warm and friendly lounge. I had their chocolate brownie, to die for. A set of tapas one evening, it was to die for! Ultimate Chicken Burger is perfect and really generous. Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Burger is great too. Food is fresh, cooked to perfection and arrives promptly. The staff is adorable, friendly, competent and makes you feel at home. Thanks a lot!

Great dog friendly restaurant and bar in Hinckley. There is a wide selection of food to cater for all tastes. Limited beer selection and drinks are a little pricey. Staff are always friendly and well mannered. Can be very busy and quite noisy at times.

There was some confusion at the beginning when I was asked 3 times if I had an allergy What I missed was the instruction, that all orders was done by QR Code or going to the bar to order. After 10 minutes of nobody serving me I reached out to the serving staff who told me. Had vegan Burger which was good and the chips were very good. I won't be going again.

I’ve lived in Hinckley for nearly 4 years and for the best part this has been a comfortable and relaxing place to visit with company. The food is always tasty and the drinks fresh. However sometimes, this place lets me down. Tonight I waited nearly 30 minutes for a cocktail and on approach to the bar to question the wait I was initially ignored. There was also no apology for the wait. There is no rapport or special relationships with any of the staff. This is a minor inconvenience and of course I will be returning however tonight I took my money elsewhere which included dinner, wine and cocktails. This is by no means a complaint it’s perhaps just some feedback from a regular customer.

I visit fairly regularly and our usually happy but this time the place felt dirty I had to wipe down our table and the Highchair hadn't been wiped there was still food in it. It wasn't as if they was very busy and we was was shown to the table by a member of staff it wasn't as if we just sat down at one. X

Lovely food and the staff are polite and friendly. I went here lunch with my 1 year old daughter . The staff go out their way to make you feel welcome. I will be definitely returning and spread the word of how good it is . Keep up the good work and food.

Chose here as we had three gluten free plus two vegetarian in our group. Food was okay not outstanding. Service was good too. The only downside was too many dogs allowed in. I have a dog myself but wouldn't expect to take him where people are eating.

We've started coming here fairly regularly in the last couple of months as we've found the food to be excellent and the service great. Once again, it didn't disappoint. We'll try the rest of the menu at some point but the tapas is so tasty and good value that we haven't managed it yet!

Good choice of vegan and gluten free dishes. Ordering from the table using the app was a bit hit and miss as although we ordered separately from the same table number, the order did not come out as a table and so we ended up not really eating together. A nice meal and a good atmosphere though, will definitely return but order from the bar next time!

Really good food, everything we have tried tastes super fresh and delicious! We used to go for a coffee and cake, and now it has become one of our 'go to' either for a light lunch, fun dinner with friends, and coffee of course! 100% recommend.

Not good today. I have been going for a long time nd loved it, but last week and this week were very disappointing. The chips last time were soft and limp, and the whole meal this week was cool and had to be remade. Thinking of trying elswhere.

First visit busy but we didn't have to queue once we ordered food wasn't too long a wait. All staff courteous and polite. Food was good value and very tasty will definitely be visiting again

Very disappointed visit to your restaurant today. I normally come every week. On arrival we asked the guy in the striped top to sit over in the corner as the people was leaving, he said yes and we also said we would wait for the table to be cleaned, he then gave it away to someone else and wanted to sit us where we did not want to go. Not happy and don’t think i will be returning in the future with service like that. I will take my business elsewhere, it’s a shame because i have spent a lot at your place.

Such a trendy, model and great for everyone’s eating place, seats inside and outside, very comfortable, clean, spacious, super high ceiling with lots of cool decos and pictures, it’s a fabulous restaurant. Lots of choices of food and drinks on menu, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free & kids options. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is the place is dog friendly, not only outside area, dogs can go inside, of course customers should be able to control their own dogs. Most staff love dogs and very good with dogs, always ask if they can stroke dogs and if dogs can eat treats (offer biscuits) also offer bowls of water. Staff again is very polite, friendly, and helpful. We ordered food and drinks, and paid for the bill by using our phone, so no waiting time and less human contact, we do prefer it, some may say no customer service but we don’t mind. (During covid time) It’s easy to get to by bus and some street parking and car parks nearby, not free but easy to get to. Reasonable price range. Will recommend and go again.
