Great ability online to check they have stock before visiting. The store is huge, has great offers and guaranteed to ensure you spend more than intended.

Cheep and cheerful. All sorts of garden stuff, better priced than other shops. Healthy plants and some incidental foods. Worth a visit .

Large store, plenty of parking. Garden Centre as well. Lots of Christmas stock in. Usual good prices on branded items.

B and m is a good place for household items and many more. The varieties are splendid and prices sre competitive. They come well recommended.

Great variety of products. But they need to splash out on some decent air conditioning for their hard-working staff. It would also encourage shoppers to stay in the store for a longer period.

Customer service is always perfect but it’s so roasting hot in there all the time, I genuinely feel awful for the staff working in the non air conditioned workplace! It’s hard to tolerate it for a shopping spree let alone a whole shift! Nonetheless the staff are always lovely and helpful and always ago above and beyond even when they’re working in sometimes unfit conditions. Thank you B&M staff you’re amazing!

Items stacked in the isles, forcing you to get to close to other shoppers, most of who were rude and ignorant. Not a pleasant visit, especially when you've got morons stood by main entrance smoking. May go back in the summer.

This is a fairly large example of one of the many B & M stores across the nation. It has a large range of products typical of the B & M standard which this company has set. It is all located on the ground floor with free parking and easy access for everyone.

Good evening came into this store today had a significant bill at the end of the visit. Your till assistant did Not even greet me or my daughter when we arrived at the checkout her face told the story. Ok we don’t want to work but respect does go along way. I did actually ask her if she could smile no response. Very disappointed customer who spent over £100.00 Good job I don’t have to visit your store very often. Just a little customer greeting does not go amiss just infirm your check out girls. People on the shop floor very helpful and with courteous smiles. Good night

It's always tidy which is amazing consideri g how big it is. Nice space and not cramped like some b&m stores.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team who were on tonight. My son fell ill very unexpectedly and was sick all over the shop floor and in the trolley he was sitting in. As soon as I asked for help people were there straight away to help us. I felt awful for what had happened. I managed to get my son to my mum outside and went back in to see if I could help. But the staff were on it cleaning up and directing customers away. I helped put the shopping in a bag that was no good and they even provided me with some bags to put his clothes in and one to sit with in the car until I get him home and get him cleaned up. Thank you so much again for the help.

Waited 20 Mins for someone to come to the garden centre to cut me 6 metered of Astro turf, as a young lad who yoke me he would get someone and he then disappeared. Seen him as I left the store smirking and walked the other way. Totally unacceptable service from this store, many staff looking busy shame there is zero customer care in store!! Shocking service to be fair

Went to look at the craft but there doesn't appear to be much. I don't know if Christmas as replaced the craft or if the Burton branch no longer has much usually. There did seem to be a lot of pens and pencils at very good prices. A bit disappointed if I'm honest.

Good B & M store, well stocked. Biggest problem was getting round the first few aisles because of people queuing and staff filling up the shop floor with cages meaning you couldn't get down the aisles comfortably. Hence three stars.

Visited around 7pm on a Thursday night. Fairly quiet, with staff restocking shelves. Can be a bit hit and miss with stock and items, but generally have everything you would expect. Really like the fact that the car park is free, and that the store is open late as it means that there are quiet shopping hours available to those of us who aren't keen on crowds!

The store is well stocked but the queues to be served are terrible. More staff on tills would elevate this easily.

The garden stuff is good quality at a good price. FAR cheaper than B&Q in Burton on Trent Other non garden items good quality at a good price.

My personal experience is, this is a great place to get tgings for home, garden, tech, tools, paints. It's brilliant and the products don't cost the earth either. Friendly, helpful staff and its tidy.
