Stayed at the Hilton before flying from East Midlands along with parking. The service was so good. Jo greeted us at the front desk and was fantastic. We went to the spa to chill which was really good and we ate at the restaurant. The burger was pricey but very good. Taxi picked us up and dropped us straight outside departures and was super quick on our way home. I could not fault the experience and will look to use the hotel again when flying from East Midlands. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would not consider staying anywhere else now.

Hilton Diamond member. Nice upgrade to suite, chose a room on the top floor to void noisy elephants above, However the room was roasting and the hotel does not have proper air conditioning. While ceing windows can be opened this provides noise of the M1 and EMA. The staff were very helpful and moved me to the room next door which was slightly cooler. However sleep quality was poor as I was way too hot overnight. Breakfast was the usual Hilton buffet with everything I needed. I requested fresh poached eggs (pre cooked were already there) and these were brought to the table. Staff throughout were very pleasant and extremely helpful. I had an Easter Egg in my room which was a lovely touch. £6 charge for parking overnight for guests completely unnecessary as the hotel is nowhere near town/city centre location. The "our pick" room the hotel chose may have been the better option. I would stay again but not chose a top floor room, the parking charge also would discourage me.

Attended an interview here, it's very well placed for East Midlands airport although the recentish improvements of the roundabout and surrounding roads have left it very tricky and not obvious to find the entrance. I missed it and had to drive some distance to circle back. Very clean inside, very polite staff and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.

We stayed here for one night to take part in a social event hosted here. Located on the junction 24 of M1, the exit from the roundabout may be tricky. Please follow signs for M1 North and it breaks off with a signboard saying hotel. Parking is free for residents. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Carlos. The rooms were very good and clean. Despite being next to motorway, it was not that noisy. The hall which hosted the event was perfect for the number of guests (100 - 150). The stay was really comfortable. Friends who used the pool loved it too. The full English breakfast next day was excellent and served in the large dining area. Overall it was a lovely experience - we are already looking to book this venue for our next event.

Brilliant stay and park offer. Friendly staff and excellent service in terms of organising the airport pick up and drop off. Great start to a holiday and would highly recommend.

Turned up , dropped bags at room. Dated but ok. Had a reservation at the restaurant, seated, 10 minutes later told no food orders for half an hour. Very disappointed at the level of service from Hilton on this occasion.

Great for overnight before or after flights, rooms are standard but the bonus is they have windows that actually open for fresh air. Plenty of parking, bar prices aren't bad. There is a pool and gym on site guests can access.

Very good customer service, spacious rooms but decor dated. Good car park. Nice breakfast.

First time staying at the Hilton near East Midlands airport, very relaxing before you travel. Nice pool, spa, steam room ect. Friendly staff who are happy to help.

Fantastic staff at reception, very helpful and considerate. Bar staff are nice and friendly, very obliging, portions are generous. The rooms are tired carpets maybe need to be cleaned. As far as location is concerned it is handy for East Midlands. I was worried about getting to it and got advice and came through the lanes having got off the A50 northbound 1 exit before the M1 interchange. I got there easily and stress free. The staff on reception were great when I checked in at 04.35 yesterday and out again at 07.45 after problems with my flight. They were very helpful and the coffee was appreciated. I would recommend this hotel.

Came to meet a client and use the bar facilities. Staff were all very attentive and helpful and the atmostphere and cleanliness of the place was good. Parking quite expensive but understandable given location. Only real complaint was the sign posting from the motorway island could have been a lot better

Very good. The food is good, service is friendly although a little slower than anticipated for lunch. Very clean hotel room.

Staff were brilliant. Rooms were spotless. Minor in that the toilet lock wasn't working but maybe that's a thing now as no hotel I've been recently has had a working lock or a lock at all 🤷

A bit tricky to get onto the correct road from the Kegworth Interchange, I almost missed the turn, use caution to not end up on the A50 by mistake. Friendly competent staff, clean and tidy rooms and good food, particularly good breakfast buffet. I recommend the Flirty Martini cocktails in the evening. Pool, hot tub and changing facilities were spotless though I happened to choose a busy time. The pool is kept at a very comfortable temperature, compared to many places.

My views is that it's a nice hotel with the rooms being dated. Pool and gym looked good. You will have to pay for parking which was over £10 for overnight. If you don't need to be close to airport I would stay at the Hilton double tree a junction north off the M1. Good breakfast. I guess you will stay here to be close to the airport. Staff good and friendly.

Having had a great experience here before our holiday, our return was a different matter. I had parked my car here for a week while away but on my return I found someone had pinched my catalytic converter. The staff were still great and as helpful as they could have been but the security was awful for which I blame Hilton Hotels. There was no code for the barriers and people could come and go as they pleased. Apparently security had been stepped up as they have had this kind of theft recently? I wish I had known this before I booked.

This was our second stay for Download Festival and as lovely as the staff were, we had a four night stay, the first three were spent in a room where the aircon was faulty and there were horrible small stains on the bathroom wall. The room should have never been allocated or made available. We raised it immediately and the only option we were given was to raise it to maintenance. We accepted, as we thought it would be something that could be resolved and weren't given any other options unfortunately but this became a recurring theme, as we spent two days waiting around for the issue to be resolved, only to find the unit just switched itself off after the two maintenance staff worked on it and we missed most of the acts we wanted to see, that we paid alot of for money. At night the room reached twenty seven degrees with no windows to open and two small desk fans constantly on, it not only disrupted our sleep, we were exhausted, frustrated but felt that the service offered could have been more efficient, as on our last night we were finally offered a different room. Not ideal to come back to after spending a whole day at a music festival and we've had our hottest day so far. The sad thing is I read a review online about a customer who had faced the same issue only a few months ago, stayed on the same floor I can only guess the same room, so the issue should have been resolved and their experience was handled far better and quickly than ours sadly. Even the aircon in the hallway was faulty, it was roasting. The only positives were that the housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful, immediately bought up fans. The chef too is lovely, so friendly and welcoming - the quality of the food was fantastic. This stay would have been much better if the right service was delivered. :(

Nice rooms, plenty of space and comfortable beds. Pleasant staff who smiled which makes a big difference. Food is expensive for what you get but still very nice. Pizza looked good from a distance.

Carlos greeted us with sincere kindness, friendliness and so professional. Our room was fabulous as we were upgraded. The room was spotless with little extras. Our evening meal & drinks were perfect. Transport arranged for transfer to airport there & back. Car secure in car park for one month. Price perfect excellent start to vacation. Thank you Carlos & staff.

Hosted a conference here for the 3rd time now and if there's one standout thing about this hotel that keeps bringing us back, it's the staff. They're always on hand to help you out, never leave you waiting and really look after you. The conference facilities are excellent, with ample room for upwards of 150 delegates, plus more room for stalls and exhibitors so it's ideal for us. Food is always good at the dinner, and a 24 hour bar keeps plenty people happy. Bedrooms are always clean, comfy and everything you need is provided too. Highly recommend.

It's great except there was no full-length mirror in the room. We were there to get ready for a wedding and I really needed one. There was plenty of room to put one on a wall. If it's a health and safety thing why is it OK to have glasses out on the side? It's a basic essential.

Very comfortable and clean room - everything needed for a short stay and what you would expect. Went for a work trip and the food was lovely - really enjoyed the breakfast. The downstairs area for food and drink is very comfortable and modern looking. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, we were a little unsure about it being close to the main road and the airport; however, the hotel was silent, and we had a great stay. This hotel was immaculately clean from the toilets to the room itself and the restaurant area. The breakfast was very nice and the staff could not have done more to make us feel welcomed at the hotel, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here last night, and it could not have been better. We had 2 rooms between us, the rooms were fantastic and had everything we needed and more. We had dinner in the evening which was lovely and an amazing breakfast in the morning. Wish I could have stayed longer. The personal greeting from Carlos was just lovely, he could not have been nicer or more helpful. I would definitely come back here again 😊
