I had visited this clinic for my braces treatment. He used to charge Rs 2700 per sitting which is way expensive than other clinics. The dentist used to call me per month, just check the my status of the teeth, do nothing and I was out of the clinic within a minute and still he charged Rs 2700. This happened twice. I don't want to waste my money if you are not even touching my teeth. Also, he has promised that treatment will get over in 6 months, it's 8 months now and still he wants more appointments to rob money.

Please don’t go by Practo rating which is not correct at all. I had a very bad experience with both husband and and wife (Dr Prakhar & Dr Aditi) for getting treatment of RCT, 2 times within a year in same tooth. They are unable to treated well and charged high prices for single RCT of Rs 16K approx. Big No for any dental treatment especially RCT treatment and Crown buying or fitting by them. They keep shuffling their patient cases among each other when anyone failed to handle it. Would advise you to go for second opinion before starting a treatment with them. Also please do take prescription and bill receipts for full treatment as they are very good in cropping stories to keep you wrong and themselves right always. Most importantly, no strict Corona safety guidelines followed in clinic. Please be careful while dealing with them. Zero rating from my side as I’m not a happy with their services, behaviour and charges. They speak a lot but zero at work.

Really wanted to give them a negative rating. I went their for braces consultation, they charged me 700rs fee for just 10mins consultation and on top of that the doctor was not confident in himself, how will he treat the patients. When I asked them for teeth cleaning, they asked me additional 1800rs. I have never seen any clinic where they charge separately for consultation and the service, usually it's included in the same. They are simply looting people here, worst experience with a dental clinic. Updated (post response by Praditi)- Your response clearly shows how you treat your patients, i don't have to say anything else. And FYI, you are not the first clinic I'm visiting, we all know how the clinics are operated and the process that is followed. Also, I'm not the only one who had this opinion about your services, looks like majority had the similar experiences.

Clinic is good as well as the doctors and staff. However felt it is very congested. 2 things to mention: Clinic is neat & clean. And, consultation charge is mentioned very clearly on the notice board. The doctor also mentions all time frames and charges before hand. I will recommend it as barring 10 mins of waiting time, I was taken in and my pain was relieved without much fuss.

Very good Experience. My pain was relieved and I didn't feel anything while the procedure was done. However, it was how Dr Prakhar explained me my problem and went about it step by step (explaining in detail) that stood out the most.

It was a great experience for me when i visited there for my tooth pain and such a nice staff available there to guide and helping us Thank you to doctor Aditi And Dr Prakhar for such a wonderfull behaiviour and placing a wonderfull staff . Hygeine is also well maintained in the clinic .. Giving positive ranking.

Got my new crown/bridge done and the shade matching is just so awesome. Nobody could tell that I've got something done in my front teeth Thank you Dr Prakhar and Dr Aditi. Will definitely recommend them. I wish I could give 10 star rating.
