Dreadful service. Went into store with my daughter to enquire about booking appointment to view mob outfits. Spent 15 minutes in shop without as much as an acknowledgement from staff. If someone had just said sorry we’ll be with you shortly we would have been happy to wait. Very poor.

A fantastic dress- shop - widest range I've seen. Teresa was a great help - she picked the perfect dress for me - and no pressure! I would unreservedly recommend Gasp - it is lovely.

Very disappointing experience, I contacted the shop on 12th November and made an appointment to look for my MOTB outfit. I arrived at the shop on 15th January and they could find no trace of my booking. I was offered an appointment in the main boutique which I accepted as I had travelled some distance and I was assured I would receive the level of customer care as the other ladies who had also made appointments. I asked if I could look at the outfits in the special occasion section of the shop but my request was refused by the assistant. I was assured by the lady in the shop that she would contact me personally when more outfits became available. Nearly ten weeks later and I still have not received any further communication.

We had an amazing time today choosing my mother of the groom outfit - the girls Anne Leona and Michelle were so helpful and I can’t thank them enough for their patience i would not hesitate to recommend this lovely shop.

I was with my best friend and her Mum today She was picking the mother of the bride outfit, OMG your shop is amazing, we were so taken back by the variety of beautiful clothes, so much to choose from, your staff are just so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much bother, we felt as if we were the only people in your busy shop, the 3 of us left very happy, will post a picture of our outfits on the big day, Will definitely be recommending your store, 5* all the way. 😍😍😍

Even though lucy was very nice I don't think she really listened to me when I told her what I had in mind I'm 49 monther of the groom begin size 12/14 my son is getting married in Australia in February so I'm looking for smt light and bright I was showing Navy with long sleeves and feathers and dresses that would suit my 86 year old nanny would wear I hope the deposit I left will go to a good cause because I think staff should be better trained

We had the loveliest experience in Gasp today, my mummy was treated like the queen. We got given all the time we needed, my mummy came away with the most beautiful mother of the bride outfit and she's delighted. The best day ❤️

We went in to find a mother of the bride outfit, my mobility isn’t good and I hate trying on clothes, so I was dreading this appointment. The owner Anne seemed to notice my reluctance and she put me at ease straight away. Nothing was too much trouble she helped me to relax and not once did I feel under pressure to hurry. We spent two hours trying on outfits and accessories; Anne was absolutely amazing. I now have my outfit for my beautiful daughter’s wedding day all thanks to that lady, Anne. So THANKYOU for your understanding and patience - you made an appointment that I was stressing over into a really special experience that I actually enjoyed.

Went here looking for mother of the groom outfit with my daughter and granddaughter. Was out of place in less than 20 mins. . Had appointment made. The lady I met didn’t listen to me at all when I explained what I was looking for and Made me feel as if my request was ridiculous. The outfits were ridiculous she came with and did absolutely nothing for me at all. Very disappointing experience.

Gasp is an AMAZING boutique without doubt the best in (NI) for mother of bride/groom and occasion wear. The selection of labels is extensive, Ann, Teresa and Michelle were extremely helpful and attentive when we shopped there last Saturday. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
