Highly recommended! Laura was my dentist, made me feel very at ease even though I have a fear of the dentist. Was done very quickly and with chatted away while doing so. Now pain free for the first time in 2/3 months, can’t thank them enough! 😌

Friendly staff. Excellent specialist dentists, especially Kelly, who did my extraction. Her aim was for it to be painless and she did just that. Thank you, Kelly for making what could have been a traumatic experience into a pain free one. Highly recommend.

I recently had a wisdom tooth extracted in your clinic. Kelly my dentist was amazing , very gentle and considerate , talking me through each stage of procedure . All the staff were very polite and kind. Highly recommend dental clinic. Thank you , Team Kelly.

Really disappointed in my experience. The risks and recovery of surgery were not properly explained to me. I was told I could brush my teeth that night after the extraction which resulted in me dislodging my blood clot and resulted in delayed healing, dry socket, and 3 weeks of avoidable pain. The pain was awful. As a disabled person I could have done without the extra pain and resulting lack of sleep. Natalie and Kelly were great however, Kelly helped ease my pain with a medicated dressing and they were both lovely and empathetic. The actual surgery was fine and the facilities were clean, but one star seems fair considering how much pain was caused and how lacking the communication was. There was also one member of staff who was rude to me twice and was pretty condescending. Nothing about the healing process was explained or discussed and I was surprised to see stitches running up the inside of my cheek. I was given aftercare instructions but, they did not explain when to brush my teeth or the dangers of spitting too soon after surgery. Hoping not to ever go back, when I asked questions I was usually spoken over

I was referred to Ballymena Specialist Dental Clinic by my own dentist as I had a tooth that had been bothersome on two previous attempts to have it extracted. As a nervous person who wishes to be in control of what is happening, I was genuinely happy with the whole experience; the staff were empathetic and attentive to my comments, hence allowing me to ultimately relax prior to the extraction. Based on my experience, I can assure others who may have problematic teeth that the staff used their interpersonal and professional skills to ensure that their patient relaxes and receives a positive experience. Kelly was the dentist who attended me along with her competent and reassuring technician. Many thanks for an excellent experience.

I honestly cannot say enough good about the dentist Kelly and her Nurse Jude. I had surgical treatment done this morning and I’m very nervous about the dentist. From the minute I walked in, greeted by the lovely reception staff, right through to my tooth being removed and after Care being explained. Was a very pleasant experience. The dentist (Kelly I think her name was) so kind and patient as was her assistant.

Had 3teeth removed today what a lovely practice from the reception staff to Kelly and jude brilliant made me feel so relaxed as I am a nervous patient definitely be back again if I ever have to thankyou all so much ☺️❤️
