    Thank you Jennifer for another excellent Yoga detox challenge. I may not have fasted this time but I did introduce juicing to my life. Instead, I adopted a healthy plant-based diet with some of the suggested recipes and would feel more prepared to try fasting another time. I have now participated in several of Jennifer's challenges and have gained so many benefits each time, such as refocusing on self-care, nutrition, fitness, health, and wellbeing. Jennifer delivers amazing content with guided yoga videos each morning, accountability through a lovely community, recipes, and evening mediation/Q&A/ Affirmations/massage/ reflexology. Thanks again xx

    The yoga on the beach was beautiful despite the drizzle. Jennifer brought a lovely energy and enthusiasm to the session. The paddleboard experience was fabulous. Jennifer is a superb teacher who explains things clearly. Once we were in the water she took great cognisance of how each person was doing, offering encouragement, support and safety advice as appropriate. But my favourite part of the day was the paddleboard yoga. We were all able to do downward dog, cat/cow, bridge etc. This increased our confidence on the boards. I felt very safe, knowing that Jennifer had done all the necessary risk assessments.

    Thanks Jennifer greenless for running the 3 day juice fast. There was lots of guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the 3 days. It has been hugely beneficial to my health and my mind and relationship with food. Would recommend everyone to join Jennifer on her detoxs/ fasts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I am travelling for 9 months and found myself in Portrush with a very painful hip and leg! Thankfully I was able to book a session for a massage and also get some ideas (and a massage ball) on how to treat my injury to hopefully allow me to golf when I get to Scotland in August. Jennifer was super and I really appreciated and enjoyed the session.

    I couldn't recommend Jennifer more. I have been lucky enough to be having regular massages from her for years. With her wealth of experience from all the different forms of training she has completed and all her years of experience, I am never disappointed. I also am a member of her online yoga, which I also highly recommend. The 15 minute a day yoga sessions are easy to incorporate into your daily routine and are a great way to keep your body maintained in between massages. Thanks Jennifer for looking after me so well.
