I only went in for lunch. The staff were lovely, so no complaints there. The waitress put a piece of paper on the table which I assumed were the specials...it wasn't it was a list of foods they DIDN'T have!... £5.45 for an extremely disappointing prawn cocktail. I won't be back.

Booked several rooms here for a family event. For 2 of the rooms we requested cots for the infants in the party. Was very disappointed to find upon checking in that the mattresses in both cots were ill fitting and in 1 had no foam, meaning it was a very hard surface for an 8 week old baby! I informed reception that the cots were unsuitable and showed him the photos, including that of the safety card provided, stating not to use if mattresses could be lifted by the child using the cot, which in the case of the 1 year old in the party would have been possible. Initially I was informed that they were the only cots available. When I explained to the gentleman that travel cots should and do have mattresses that fit better than those and that in my opinion the bases had been mixed with other cots. He did go and look and was able to find other cots, which did in fact have better fitting mattresses and finally offered us replacements. He did also say he would speak to the manager to ensure that all cots were checked to make sure the mattresses are the correct ones for the frame. Hopefully this is actually acted on to prevent others from finding themselves in the same situation with dangerous conditions for their children to sleep in I would also add that one of the blankets provided was stained and unsuitable, luckily we had packed our own blankets for the baby so didn’t need to use it. Despite the disappointment with regards to the cots and the initial response. Once it was dealt with correctly we did go on to enjoy our stay and would return.

This hotel is wonderful for a first time visit to Derry. A special mention to Sam, Sharon, and Gareth at reception. These three people are a wonderful team who keep the place running smoothly, with a smile and a laugh every time I’ve gone down to reception. Of course, I cannot forget the housekeeping team, who are the unsung heroes of any hotel. They’ve made sure that I’ve not missed/ wanted for anything throughout my entire visit. What a treat it is to stay here!

Large rooms with amazing hot water. Rooms are very clean and quiet. No extra fees for parking. The TV in the rooms are small, but that’s fine.

Would not stay in this hotel again! As a family of four and another family we had asked for adjoining rooms,we did get this. We arrived and our room wasn't ready and our friends was . They had paid for the early check in. We then all went down into the city centre for the day so weren't returning back to the hotel until 8.30pm. When we checked in and went to our room there was an awful smell. The windows don't open in the hotel either,I turned on the air con to see if that helped and it didn't. Later on our friends and us were sitting in our family room . Two of our children were on the double bed and commented about the smell again . My husband then put his hand on top of the duvet and it was damp. When pulled back the covers the bed was yellow and he smelt . It was URINE! two of our party was actually sick. We obviously went to reception to a guy that was on by himself and very clueless. He offered to change the bed and we refused and asked to be moved rooms or a new mattress in which he did . We then decided to go down to the bar whilst waiting on the room being sorted. The staff in there one guy when we had got our drinks came over and said "last orders" then come near 11pm "ok I'm locking up soon" also I think we should've been looked after while waiting on our room to be sorted, not pay for drinks but I understand the restaurant arnt joined to the hotel. We did complain to a manager the next morning and sent off an email of complaint and have been offered a refund for our nights stay (not for the breakfast though) . Never have we experienced this in a hotel before or any other premier inn . Just beware to check your beds. Also the camp bed my son had to sleep on had a dodgy wheel and was as hard as a brick!

I just want to give a shout out to Sharon at reception for being absolutely outstanding at her job. The hotel is currently booked to capacity, and she's all by herself, yet manages to be good humoured, helpful, and goes out of her way to solve problems. This would have got the full five stars if only they'd hire more Sharons! Sadly one person is going to be run off her feet in a hotel this size, so if management are reading, have mercy on your staff. They may be saints, but they're only human. At the very least give her a raise. Regarding the room itself, comfortable, clean, but the fuse is blown and the bathroom light doesn't work. Maintenence will hopefully fix it tomorrow. The food was good, but late on Sunday a lot of things were missing. However, the knickerbocker glory and mocktails (raspberry, rubharb and orange blossom soda) more than made up for it.

Wonderful experience at the Premiere Inn in Derry. What you get for the value is great. The room was located on a busy road and I never heard a thing. Comfortable bed and fabulous shower, very clean. Would highly recommend.

Have stayed here a few times. Easy to get to. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Offered to arrange a taxi for us that evening if we needed it. Room typically Premier Inn of which I have no complaints. Didn't eat or drink here for a change and went elsewhere. Thank you!

Took my 3 kids today for meal ...I asked the barman if they were still serving the kids 3 course meal was told yes. I ordered 3 order was taken for the first two courses but not desert. Being my first time I assumed we ordered later so I took my seat. After dinner I asked for the deserts 3 ice creams and the manager told me I could not have them because I never ordered them at the begining ..I explained I never been before and the barman never asked me when I ordered and how I assumed we ordered after the meal..I was told no even though IT COST EXACTLY THE SAME FOR THE TWO COURSES ..I had to explain to 3 disappointed kids why no dessert. she didn't care and said we would need to pay again separately for the deserts.I WILL NEVER WILL BE BACK.. Disappointed this place came highly recommended by my family who eat here almost every weekend who now will NEVER BE BACK very bad Management Premier Inn for a genuine mistake.. and a loss of regular customers. Took kids to get ice cream somewhere else on principle.Shame because everything else was ok.

Big, clean, basic but comfy & quiet room with ac controls. Friendly staff who shares your joy and excitement over the day’s experiences. The meal deal was an absolute no-brainer. Not far from the city, 5 mins by car or 20-30 mins by bus. There’s a Tesco & M&S a short 3 mins’ drive away.

Room smelled of strong urine. Whole room stank. It was emanating from the bathroom. Had to lay with a face mask on all night. Windows don't even open to get any fresh air. Will never stay in a Premier Inn again.

All precooked and paid for so no financial issues included breakfast too which was a bonus. Rooms were spacious we only worked out the air con system in the morning after cursing them a night our bad! Friendly staff and easy parking right next to hotel.

This is one of the nicest Premier Inns we have stayed in. It is near all the main shops, a petrol station, restaurants and bars, close to town centre and has a Brewers fayre attached for breakfasts and meals. The rooms are clean and quite large. The staff here are lovely. They are friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing is to much trouble. Thank you Sam for the prosecco and chocolate, left in our room because our bathroom fan had a problem. A really enjoyable stay. Thank you Premier Inn.

I paid €625 for two nights in the Mespil Dublin last weekend, premier inn crescent link was every bit as good. Great staff, friendly and couldn't do enough for you, comfortable bed, clean and the breakfast was fabulous. Did I say the staff were great? They were , 👍

The hotel was great staff were friendly and the breakfast was 100%. My only complaint nothing to do with the hotel was noise from above our room at 3am in the morning like a heard of elephants which woke all 4 of us in our room. I had to ring reception to complain which they said they would call the room above and the noise stopped soon after. All in all would definitely stay here again if up in Londonderry.

Clean, tidy and a comfortable bed. Staff are always friendly in the hotel and in the restaurant. It’s a small distance (taxi/drive/bus) outside the city centre but we like that as it’s quieter.

One of the best Premier Inns we've stayed in. Great comfy rooms and very friendly staff.

The worst stay I've ever had in a hotel. Staff not prepared to deal with the excessively noisy guests in the room above resulting in 3 nights of no sleep. Bed was really uncomfortable. WiFi was woeful, and staff not prepared to rectify this either. The only saving grace was the restaurant next door. Awful. If you want to sleep, go elsewhere.

Unusual location in what seems to be a housing development but pretty good service, good rooms for cheap. Close enough to city centre if driving, maybe not so much if walking.

Hey it's a 3* hotel so pretty basic, having said that the restaurant and bar were reasonably priced and if you get the breakfast it is very good value

EXCELLENT Always a good start when you are welcomed by a very friendly and enthusiastic receptionist called DAVINA Local lady with local knowledge you can't go wrong Hotel was very clean with all the utilities and facilities Premier Inn has to offer including free parking which is becoming rare these days Location is a 7-10 min drive from town or use the free phone to call a taxi (£5-£6) Definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel

Stayed recently for 2 nights B & B Mon-Wed. Hotel is easy to find if coming from Belfast direction. We were allocated a ground floor, accessible room even though we hadn't asked for it. My partner has mobility issues so it worked out very well. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had paid for breakfast and it was well worth it. Plenty of choice, unlimited food and drinks. Restaurant was a bit cold on Mon night but it warmed up on Tues & Wed.
