Brilliant shopping centre and ideal to have it available and so close to Coleraine - we need to use it more often as it is really only half an hour away. Fantastic range of shops, and the City has a lovely vibe, like a mini Dublin in lots of ways and quite distinctive from Belfast which is great - it has its own personality and character and the people are really friendly.

A large shopping centre on 3 levels with adjacent parking. Very bright and spacious we enjoyed ice cream and a drink at McDonald’s. On my first visit I bought a pair of boots 🥾 in Paver’s shoes. Escalator’s and stairs take you up to exit just across from the famous Derrys walls.

The shopping centre is not bad. Standard shopping centre. There is a nice selection of shops and the food court is okay. Centre is clean but the layout is not the best.

Really nice shopping centre, with plenty of brands, different food options, multi storey car park and toilets.

This is the better of the two shopping centres in Derry. It has some of the major high street players but not all. The centre is clean and bright but tends to get rather warm I wasn't particularly fond on the food but that is down to personal taste. There's nothing wrong with it The areas are reasonably assessible to most people with lifts and escalators but they do seem to be in odd places sometimes. Plenty of parking in to be had in the multi storey

Was in Derry last Thursday shopping in The Foyleside Shopping Centre. Needed to use the Loo,and I have to say they were spotlessly clean. There was a young girl cleaning them, and taking great pride in her work. Well Done young lady 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Perfectly fine shopping mall with plenty of regular high street names. The small private concessions are the real draw for me. There's an excellent very reasonably priced gents' barber which I highly recommend. I can't remember the name but it's open plan and opposite a similar women's hairdressing set-up. No idea what that's like, but the blokes' one is excellent.

The atmosphere was buzzing and the staff in the shops I visited were more than helpful. A smiling face is always good. Had a wonderful day with my daughter and granddaughter. A truly enjoyable experience.

Nice shopping center. Great to see the different stores. Could use a more expansive food court. It was busy the day we were there. Hope malls don’t die off like they are in US. Pop

Good mall for a small city, with a McDonald’s and quite a large food court. I bought items from Clark Shoes and Trespass (outerwear), and found the shop attendants helpful and cheerful. The key duplicating shop also had a very pleasant proprietor.

This is a massive shopping centre with so many amazing shops including Ritual, Pavers, Waterstones, the Perfume Shop, Next, DV8, H&M, Starbucks, Dunnes Stores, Hays Travel and so much more. Everyone has been so friendly and we have had a great time shopping. It is a great asset to Legenderry.

We did a lot of shopping and there was a limited time Jurassic park event and you have to dig sand on a small tray and find rocks and plastic fossils.Kid enjoyed it.

A brilliant shopping centre with loads of shops including restaurants, clothes shops, coffee shops, supermarkets etc. parking is reasonably priced also. Shopping centre is in the city centre and near to other businesses outside of the centre.

Excellent shopping Centre with so many different shops. Very near The Millennium Fourm And The City Of Derry and The City Centre. We stayed in The City Hotel and we were able to walk to all the different places we wanted to go too and see. Only downside was the price for parking in Foyleside Shopping Centre. Very Expensive

Just arrived so will have to wait until I get to see it all.Was in it today and I am pleased to say that it's a great shopping centre. They have Halloween decorations up.

  • 2/5 Alec Mc G. 1 year ago on Google
Extremely disappointed! I was attending a show at the millennium forum and with it being Halloween in the city I chose to park in the multistorey carpark. On my way in there had been so signs to say what time they closed at so I decided to enquire at the customer service desk on the second floor. The young girl behind the counter told me that there would be no access to the carparks when the centre was closed and we would be better to park elsewhere.. A parking space in a city where roads are closed for Halloween celebrations. We missed a full twenty minutes of the show. Only to find that the half of those watching the show were parked in foylseside carpark.. A member of staff needs some training..

Was shopping today and went into the toilet as I was feeling sick and brought my sisters in with me. One of the security guards started banging on the door for me to get out when there wasn’t even anyone waiting on the toilet, my sister explained to her I was feeling sick and she said I didn’t need to bring anyone in the toilet with me if I was being sick. It’s none of her business to begin with and there was no need to bang forcibly at the door and pull at the door handle in an attempt to open the door what if I was using the toilet and she opened the door? I felt very intimidated.

Everything you could want in a large shopping centre can be found here. Always use the carparks when in the locality, good size, and a good number of family parking spaces nearest the entry doors on each level. Can pay *at the exit barrier* with a contactless card, otherwise coins only in the center pay stations.

A great wee shopping centre, as with most shopping centres at the minute not all shop's are opened for business, all the necessary changes are in place and it's going really well with people, great to see shopping getting back to life ?

All of the shops adhere to social distancing and the one way system around the centre makes people feel safer, plus it's just a nicer shopping experience when there's no crowds!

Love foyleside as a lot of shops under the one roof clothes ,coffee chemist. Phone shop, food court and on and on in the centre of town parking is good but its park and pay if you dont get parked on street. Seats on all floors so need a rest from all that shopping get gift card. There are elevators for prams wheelchairs or just to lazy to walk. Not saying anymore come and find out for yourself. Enjoy .

  • 5/5 Daniel B. 4 years ago on Google
The Foyleside shopping centre is excellent and depending on which entrance you use it doesn't get any better. For what my opinion is worth, this quadrant of Top Retailers side by side under one roof is very very impressive, multiple facilities and brilliant if its bad weather out. The only thing missing for the bored males watching their Bank Balance shrink, free tea/coffee, newspapers, paper hankies, First Aid & and an (understanding Bank Manager). DB.

Foyleside is one of the 2 main shopping centres in town. It's bright and open and usually very clean. Handy walk down to the bus station, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

  • 2/5 Jayne L. 2 years ago on Google
Went in briefly but found it bit busy and became anxious - sure it's fine most of the time but too many folk mask less, or not social distancing. Personal fave - wear a mask but stick your nose out. What's the xxxxing point?
