Beautiful setting overlooking Lower lough Erne. Have been here a number of times staying in the apartment which can accommodate 4.The willows which can accommodate up to 12 with 5 room's all en-suite. The gatehouse also has 5 en-suite room's accommodating 10. All accommodation is pure 5 starluxury where you can totally chill out. On site there is a tennis court, swings, slide, zip line playhouse and football nets, plenty of family fun. Adrian and Melanie are fantastic and go the extra mile to ensure you have a lovely time. Plus Adrian's wheaten bread is delicious. Highly recommend.

Five couples got to stay in the gate house for the weekend. Beautiful place. Paddle boarded down on the lake. Took long walk in the forest and sat by the lake at midnight gazing at the most amazing star's. Great place for a weekend away with friends. Totally able to relax and recharge. Great fun had by all. House has everything you need just bring your food and drink. You won't regret it.

The view of the lake was excellent and the area itself was beautiful. I loved the scenery and the place was extremely relaxing and peaceful! My children enjoyed the play area and the wide space to run around. The apartment we stayed in was wonderful and very comfortable and truly felt like home. I highly recommend this area and would love to stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 10 and 17. We all enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this as a "staycation" if your priority is to get away from it all and spend some time together as a family. If you have a kayak make sure you bring it as I spent the early hours of every morning paddling around the Lower Lough Erne and it was so quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a Platinum Lodge which came with a hot tub which is worth the extra. When you spend the day out and about in the grounds either playing football, tennis or just walking round the river, it is great to then heat yourself up and chill in the tub. The lodges were spotless and the owner Adrian was very on hand if you needed anything. All facilities you could need and Kesh is only a 10 min drive away if you need anything like a takeway or a small grocery shop. There is a playground with zip line and trampolines, also a small barbecue area with a fire put beside the river.

One of my favourite places in the whole world! We always stay with my family in one of the houses which are fantastic, but the new lodges look absolutely incredible! The views are gorgeous and my children love the play area which has slides, swings, trampolines and the best of all, the zip line! They could happily spend hours there which is fabulous as there is a lovely area for adults to supervise and also look out at the spectacular views. I just adore it. Adrian is the loveliest host and very kindly delivers the most amazing wheaten bread I have ever eaten! It's incredible! He also takes the children (and willing adults?!) for a spin in his 'train!' My children prefer going to Mullan's Bay than anywhere else for a holiday. Tickety Moo is close by for some delicious ice cream and Castle Archdale is a short drive away for lots of fun activities too. Highly recommend. ❤️
