Called into Abbeycentre branch of Ernest Jones this morning and it was a joy to be treated superbly by the staff, I had an issue with a watch i bought online and needed to go to the shop to sort it out, I was served by “ Lisa “ the manager I believe and she was great , no issues great conversation ,advice and best of all integrity, bravo and thanks for the service.

Met with Mandy at the Abbeycentre branch who talked me through the whole style of Le Vian range that I was interested in. Such beautiful jewellery and Mandy was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. On choosing a ring for a special birthday I delayed my decision for a few hours, on my return to the store Mandy was attentive, courteous and it was a pleasure to be in her capable hands to complete my purchase. Really love the choice I made and was delighted and impressed with there being no pressure to purchase at any time. Great service and a very satisfying purchase. I had passed the store a few days prior to my purchase. Having spotted a new model Bulova watch in the window I had to convince myself that it would be the next purchase. Upon visiting the branch it was somewhat busy. However after a very short wait Adam greeted me and didn't hang about helping me complete my purchase. Efficient service including removing the links to make sure it fitted my wrist snugly. Additional up-sell products were offered however were not of interest to me. We were instore today with an engagement ring my partner had purchased that was too big and couldn't be resized.we were served by emmet who was so friendly and helpful we were scared we would be stuck with a ring that didn't fit but he really made us feel at ease and got us sorted with an exchange and we where able to pick a new ring. brilliant customer service

I have been shopping with this store for 3 years now and they have amazing collection in-store and order in-store as well in case not in stock. Mandy recently assisted with my recent purchase for a Tissot watch collection for men. She was very polite and helpful throughout the buying process. I visited the shop to see if they had a particular piece of jewellery. As what I was looking for was bespoke adam informed me of the service they can provide by having this made. Adam then took the time to contact other departments to obtain a price for this and when I was happy the order was placed. As this was needed for a special occasion, he then arrange for a priority order. I left the shop very pleased that my request could be fulfilled

Every time I've been in this store the girls have been nothing short of amazing. Full of knowledge about products and nothing is ever too much trouble. I was in store looking at wedding rings but couldn't find the perfect fit for the engagement ring I had so Lorraine recommended a bridal set and after trying on quite a few, we found one that I fell in love with and purchased. Called in today and first spoke to a young lady, unfortunately didn’t get her name. She then introduced me to Wendy or Mandy. Both were extremely helpful. It was in regards to my New Tag Heuer watch re how to register it etc and fixed another small problem for me. Long time since I’ve met to more courteous ladies. Lisa is amazing. She listens so well and has personal conversations and makes a connection with her customers. I have been in and out recently with an insurance claim for my ring. Called at Ernest Jones Abbey Centre yesterday 21st September 2021. I was served by Mandy. I have been in a number of times over the years and on most occasions I was fortunate enough again to have been served by Mandy. She is always so helpful and this time was no different. I had 4 things I needed help with from getting my wedding ring resized, a new battery for my and my wife's watch and advice about my Smart Watch. She just quietly but efficiently dealt with my issues explaining everything. Well mannered and pleasant as always.
