    I have visited this location on three separate occasions and each time has been bad. My orders have been incorrect. This last visit, I used mobile app to order a large iced coffee. My daughter picked it up for me and the picture shows what I received. She was told they ran out of large cups, I paid for a large but got a medium. No credit or anything was given. The whole top of the cup was foam, which equaled me getting a small coffee. They have been open for several weeks now and the employees should know how to fulfill orders. Don't waste you time, drive to another DD.

    I went to this dunkin today, June 24th, 2023. I know the staff is probably new but i tried to be a kind as possible. First they didn’t help me at the drive thru speaker, I had to pull up to the window for service. I asked for the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich on an everything bagel with extra bacon. I paid for the extra bacon. They gave me a sandwich with just bacon, BURNT! No extra bacon clearly. No egg and no cheese. How do you mess up that bad when it’s written out on the menu….?

    This is a new location and I wanted to try it out since it is the closest to me. I'll start off by saying they had their complete menu up but didn't have their blender, so they only had Ice/Hot coffee. I don't eat pork and ordered their cheese and egg taco was rang up properly but received an egg, cheese and bacon taco. Which was a waste of my money and time. I decided to give them another try this morning and ordered their new Egg and chicken wrap and received a spicy wrap which again was not what I ordered. I'm not sure where the disconnect is happening from because I am getting charged correctly. If you have any allergies, I recommend you double checking your order's before leaving. Staff seems to be very friendly just not as attentive.

    Worst Dunkin ever, food was horrible didn’t put enough cream cheese on bagel, soggy bacon, weird tasting coffee. Service horrible, told me their machine for frozens is broken (location is new) they always got attitude in the drive threw and up front. Asked for cream employee rolled their eyes and took the drink back. I said thank you, no response back just closed the window.

    Avoid this place at all cost. The employees really act like they do not want to be there and aren’t friendly at all. Literally waited 10 minutes because a customers app didn’t work for her to receive a free drink, ended up walking out and going to the Dunkin on Montgomery village ave. They always get a simple latte order wrong. The owner needs to hire some experienced people in order to make this place thrive.

    I live nearby and was so excited once I noticed there was a new DD opening. So far it’s been a horrible experience. The customer service is terrible and slow. Since I went the first time they had me waiting on the parking lot for the food and the drive thru was empty. Then my husband ordered coffee and gave them a cold coffee. Lastly tried to give it a last chance, I ordered a medium coffee and they gave me a hot chocolate when my receipt said hot coffee. I was running late to work and couldn’t return. I was upset and immediately called Dunkin Donuts and no answer. Will not be coming here again.

    I chose to go out of my way to go to this new Dunkin’. I ordered ahead of time on the Dunkin’ app on my phone. I got there about 5 minutes after I placed my order. They didn’t have my order sitting on the mobile counter. There were absolutely 0 customers in there and there should have been no reason that they didn’t have my order ready. I asked them if they made my order, they said “No”. Imagine my frustration when they forgot to add the caramel to my macchiato after specifically asking and showing them that I added caramel. The prices were about a dollar higher than the other nearby Dunkin’s. The overall atmosphere inside was nice and modern. Would never come back. You should just go to the Dunkin’ at Airpark Rd. Always a better experience.

    I'm currently trying to get in touch with someone about the ice cold as bacon I received from this store. I'm trying to do the phone route to avoid the nasty young lady in there. But the phone doesn't work smh and no one is returning my call from customer service. 0 stars for real.
