I'm so disappointed I have to change my review but this place has really let me down. My husband went in this week and the receptionist was too busy arguing with a cop over her car being repossessed to bother being polite. They wanted to charge us 700 for something they weren't sure of along with frivolous charges for unnecessary items. I went to the Germantown Vet clinic the next day and got everything my pup needed 150 along with warm and friendly service. They now have a new patient.

This office sucks and they just try to get as much money out of me as they can. My dog is 2 years old and healthy overall. I don't think it's helpful to sell cough suppressants and eye drops if you're already giving antibiotics for mild kennel cough. I don't think it's helpful to sell anti-diarrhea pills and special food if you're telling me you don't believe me about half her symptoms and you think she's absolutely fine. And the vet tech had the nerve to look at me funny when I said all I'm paying for is the appt fee. Like I'm a bad pet parent for saying no to unnecessary products for a young dog with a good immune system. Honestly I've been here twice and both times the vet techs were rude. One of them didn't even want to explain medication instructions to me after I asked her. She literally said "instructions are written on the label" I'm conclusion, I'm looking for a new vet.

When we got our new puppy we researched Vets in our area. VCA North sounded good and we decided to give them a try. They were beyond good! They took such good care of our little puppy. They took time to answer all questions we had and gave us a ton of information about the timeline for new shots, growth, etc. When our puppy got sick unexpectedly they were great with the testing process. They figured out the issue quickly and set us up with medicine Next day. Amazing Vet!!!

Just took my 3 month puppy to this location a few days ago and I must say, the team is great. So glad I found a vet that I can rely on and trust. Great team members: respectful, kind, patient, and diligent. :)

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, little to no wait when you show up for your appointment on time or early. I have been going here for over 6 years and can say that this has been my experience throughout. The Vets and techs are all highly trained and knowledgeable. While I miss the face to face interactions and the personal binder with details on the staff I can understand it is for safety during this time.

It says they do pet boarding. When I called them yesterday, a rude person said they don't do boarding then hung up on me.

They love our dogs and treat them like their own

VCA takes great care of our elderly dog. She is completely blind but otherwise healthy and they're ophthalmologist is absolutely fantastic. The only issue I would have is that sometimes it's very hard to get appointments. Oftentimes you are looking at three to even six weeks before one of their specialists can see your dog.

This place has treated my animals for over 9 years. They treat every one of my dogs with care and you can really tell the difference it makes in their visits. Shoutout to Dr. Chan, Dr. Anderson and Ms. Adella who have always been so nice to my dogs!

Nice staff and fairly easy to get in. They reviewed records and provided shots kindly. Easy to get a copy of records after the visit.

Wonderful and professional from the beginning of Bullitts visit. Everything was explained from beginning to the end. Did not feel at all like I was a number.

It doesn't solve anything they just make money
