I had an absolute pleasure working with Latosha today! I had a 430 appointment, and as she was helping us get started for our tour, a very entitled Karen family came out of nowhere, interrupted us and loudly ranted about how they drove 1.5 hours to get here to see more than one apartment. I commend Latosha for her extreme professionalism with these unruly guest. She was very respectful, and quickly got these people settled down. Latosha has amazing multitasking and de-escalating abilities. Overall we had a good time touring 3 very spacious units. We loved the common grounds and Gazebo areas. I definitely got my exercise in using the steps (I did not see an elevator.) Latosha was very informative and kind. I am really loving this community thanks to her, and I am looking forward to becoming a resident here :)

I’ve lived here for a little over a year! My experience has been great! The leasing staff are wonderful, compassionate and kind. The maintenance team is always there to fix things in a timely manner. Especially Gary who is extremely helpful professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this Community to a friend or family member! The Eaves At Washingtonian is a great place to live!

Lived here for about four months, and to be honest, haven't had many problems. Maintenance solved our issues within a day or two. No roaches. No mice. No package theft (that I've personally experienced.) If you're looking to live here, I'd only say there are three* things I'd say consider. 1*. I wish there was EV Electric Vehicle Charging available for residents but there is a Tesla Supercharger a 3 minute drive away + some options for other EVs 10-20 minute drive away. But not walking distance from the apartment. 2. There is only one trash compactor/dumpster and 3-ish recycling dumpsters. It can get crowded with trash and recycling, especially on weekends---but the staff do a good job cleaning it up after loads of residents use it. You will have to walk your garbage there. 3. There are no elevators. If you are living up on the higher floors, be prepared to carry everything up your stairs. Consider hiring someone to carry your heavy furniture up and down the stairs.

Cockroaches😭through air conditioning holes like a zombie movie 🤦🏻‍♀️. When Leasing office fix that manners only 2 drops of gel. I needed to type them all, luckily winter is just over. Usually on Weekends or late night smoke of weeds 🤢. I really like location and schools around here but otherwise one of the worst experience. I didn’t even have chance to examine that apartment before we move in. They were kinda tricked us🤦🏻‍♀️okay it’s long story anyways. If you’re consider to move in this place make sure Check right apartment before you signed in agreement.

I just recently moved in and the community consultant Benedicta made things easy. She kept in contact with me through the rental process and made things easy! I had an issue with my bedroom door not locking but right after I placed a maintenance order, they contacted me immediately to work a out a day to come by that fits my schedule (I prefer to be at home when any maintenance happens but they also have the option of doing it when I’m not home). The issue was fixed the following day by Rodrigo, quick and easy. Overall, I’m happy to have chosen to move here. :)

The maintenance team perticulary Gary always do an amazing job fixed the first time service. The complex management is also awesome and solve issues immediately and also minimizing issues before they begin. Great place overall

I would like to say that I have been getting help from one of the best maintenance advisers Gary. He is been helping us with anything in the house for the past 6 years. And every-time the job is done to perfection Gary is a hardworking guy that loves his work.

Benedicta in the leasing center was great - touring went smoothly, and we leased our apartment the next day with no issues. The community is clean and quiet, very family-friendly and seems to be well maintained.

Awesome staff. Leasing office is always friendly and helpful. Maintenence team is professional and very quick to remedy issues. Overall outside neighborhood is kept super clean by this one old dude (idk how he does it alone). It's not a super modern unit but it nice and spacious and near plenty of restaurants and bars. Can't complain.

Maintenance at Eaves: Gary has been exceptional. He is caring. kind, and has always fixed any problems I have had. Kudos for him and I sincerely hope he is well appreciated. (can't see that great smile behind the mask)

One of the best parts of living at Eaves Washingtonian is the maintenance team, specifically Gary- the greatest handyman ever. It never takes long after i've put in a maintenance request for him to appear, and he's always got a smile under his mask. He doesn't mind if I ask dumb questions about garbage disposals and he is so quick at his repairs that he is always done almost before you know it. They have even done non-emergency improvements while i've been here, replacing my AC unit BEFORE I even had issues with it to make sure we're cool in the middle of disgusting DC summers. Gary is the greatest and keeps us running smoothly!

Gary and the Eaves maintenance team have been so helpful in resolving various apartment issues for us in a timely and efficient manner. Gary is such a friendly and hard-working employee, and we are so lucky to have him on our side to save the day! Sheanna and the leasing office staff are also wonderful and always there for their tenants. Truly a great place to live!

I have moved many times in my life but this was truly one of the smoothest experiences I have ever had. Benedicta went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and she dealt with me changing my move in date and unit last minute with ease. I’m incredibly thankful for her help during this transition!

Moving in was a lot more smooth than when we lived at Camden Shady Grove. Everyone was really friendly and the layouts are a lot nicer than most apartments in the area. Parking is free which is nice as well.

We moved in January of 2023. This place has been great from the moment we started looking for an apartment. I was in California when I was looking for an apartment and Benedicta made the whole process so easy. She worked with me over the phone to ensure I got everything I needed. She also helped me move in before I even got to Maryland. Since we moved in we have not had any problems, the maintenance crew is always super quick and efficient! Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and always says hi. My dog can’t even walk by the leasing office with our going in because she knows she will get a ton of attention. We love this place!

Gary went above and beyond to make our experience as swift and helpful as possible. We were welcomed by an amicable demeanor and experienced professional with a clear desire to help people. He didn’t hesitate when we asked him to do a few additional installations that we wanted to add in our bathrooms which were unrelated to our initial request. Gary responded with lightning speed to our report and got back to me the same day. He also followed up with me consistently when my schedule delayed the process. We have no doubt going forward that this community and its wonderful maintenance team will have our backs for the duration of our residence at Eaves. :)

Our recent move to this place has been an incredible experience. Gary has been instrumental in addressing various concerns, going above and beyond by assisting with additional requests. We're delighted to feel secure and well-supported. A big thank you to Gary and the maintenance team for ensuring our stay is exceptionally smooth.

This complex has the BEST maintenance crew I have ever seen. They are polite, helpful and get the job done quickly and cleanly. Gary D. has been so helpful with all work orders. He is friendly and always gets the job done right. Honestly the entire staff here has been very congenial and always appear happy to be help.

I've been here for ~8 months and my time here has been nothing but pleasant! From my apartment which I love with the high ceilings and updated appliances, to the friendly neighbors, it is everything I could ask for. The maintenance team is also fantastic, specifically Gary, who was efficient and kind in getting my issue solved quickly! Thank you all for the work you do to make this community a nice place to live!

Marlon has been an absolute gem during our moving process. I have loved living in this community so much that I wanted to move-in with my partner at a separate unit. Marlon went above and beyond during this process, helping us review options and solutions to make our transition possible. He was amazing in his communications, efficient in relaying details to us, and was constantly assisting in an effort to make our transition as smooth and easy as possible. We had so many hurdles to overcome in this process, questions/concerns to answer (bless the patience of that man) and Marlon was available and so helpful every step of the way. Additionally, the pool is well-kept, the area is very safe, maintenance and staff are always on top of responding, and I have no complaints! I have also never met a team that is so willing to work for you, which proves this is an amazing community to live in. Thank you to the eaves team and Marlon!!

We just arrive in Maryland about 7 weeks ago and move in to this apartment about 3 weeks. Benedicta was so welcoming and provided all the information that we needed, she is excellent in customer service. Also to the maintenance team Gary and Rodrigo who are always available if we submit request for maintenance that same day they will be there to check it right away. Excellent service for all of you!

Touring the apartment was an absolute delight. Benedicta is such a friendly and knowledgeable leasing agent, and she made the experience even more enjoyable, answering all my questions with a smile. This apartment felt like the perfect place to start a new chapter in my life, and I left the tour feeling excited and optimistic about what's to come.
