Missleading photos and reviews. It looks like the mitra10 has a food store section with lots of food but it is not true. Waste my time going there. Please remove the photos that doesnt match what the shop is actually selling.

They are confusing. Thier customer service is useless. You can not call them as they do not answer. I've waited 8 days for them to call me when they said 3 days. I'll have to drive 1 hour to check whether my purchase, that I paid in full, has arrived! I would not recommend them to any one building here in Lombok

My wife and I always stop here to buy house building materials. the staff is also friendly, we are always warmly welcomed. but unfortunately some employees are not well educated in the products they sell. When i ask for product information, they cant describe it well. I could have given 5 stars if the management wanted to improve what the staff lacked.

this is the 2nd Giant supermarket in Mataram. this supermarket sells daily needs and household utensil. the supermarket offers free parking. the toilet is clean.

I love this place, you get everything you want. The supermarket is huge and offers all the Indonesians specialties and also foreign foods and drinks. The staff is great and always prepared to help you.

Grocery store, you can find the cheapest here among the other store. Clean, and polite store clerk 🤗 free parking ofc. You wouldnt disappointed to be here, although it's quite far from the city.

I would never shop in this Mitre 10 again. After buying 10ltr of paint that cost me a total of 1.4mil to only find when I returned home that the colour is mixed totally wrong and nothing like the colour chart that I had picked from. I then tried to return the paint to be replaced to the colour I had chosen from their colour chart to only be told they would not exchange it or replace even though the paint they gave me did not match the colour I had chosen. Really bad customer service.

Very disappointing, in the lobby waiting, they prepared warm water, but three times in a row the coffee wasn't there but there was a glass, sometimes there was a glass... the coffee wasn't there... I think they don't have a brain... Actually this is something which is trivial... but it's strange that a shop has a big name... it has branches everywhere...
