As a 4 star hotel they had one major problem in washroom. The drainage of water was block in washroom. Prices of room was fine. Heating was ok bed mattress was not good enough. Bedding’s was not as compare to 4 star hotel. Amenities was full and all are branded which was great. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are little old and might require a renovation or refresh. Parking 🅿️ is free but the hotel parking underground is paid Euro 5 per night.

Nice place to stay. It is a bit far away from the city centre, but the hotel offered free shuttle buses on every 30 min to the nearest metro station. Day travel pass is 4.50 euro. Good size of rooms. Delicious breakfast, nice and very helpful staff. I would recommend it.

I recently stayed in this hotel and the experience was unpleasant. I was part of a group with a reservation of 5 rooms for 4 nights. For one of the rooms, the reservation wasn’t made apparently according to the number of people: the reserved room was for 3 adults, and we were 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 8 years old); Under the current conditions and according to the hotel's policy, I accepted to pay the supplement after discussion with someone from hotel management level which gave me a correct price. Initially, the price received from reception was totally unjustified, unrealistic from my point of view given by the fact that the total amount paid initially for the triple room was 546€ for 4 nights and now only the requested supplement at the reception was ~ 350€. Once arrived in my room, I noticed that the air conditioning can only be set to heat mode from the reception when you want to increase the room temperature with more than 3 degrees Celsius comparing with room temperature. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel. At the same time, the room received (an upper one with included supplement) was overlooking the emergency exit (external stairs) where chairs were stored in front of the window (see attached pictures). During the night outside, a strong light was continuous ON in front of my window (see attached pictures). I reported this problem at reception but without any solution. First feedback was that I have curtains on the window and that I can stay with the covered windows if the light bothers me. Later, a hotel employee came to the room and saw the problem, leaving without any solution without any feedback until I checked out. Therefore, I can honestly say that this hotel is not oriented towards on client’s needs.

This hotel is perfect. Its quite a way out of the city though. You need a number 83 bus and then you get on the metro to the centre of Milan. It wasn't actually to bad getting in to the city to be fair. Would do it again and definitely stay at the neo.

4.3!? In what measuring system? 1 to 1000? Then it's correct. Rude receptionist, to get out of the covered parking one needs to actually walk outside. If it's raining, this PAID parking is useless, not to mention that the automatic lights don't work on the stairs taking you to the parking!! The bed is ok and the window in the room is big, but everything is bitter after someone is welcome in such a rude manner. Nothing else, no matter how good, is good anymore Update: Wifi comes and goes. Internet speed in the evening is almost zero. For breakfast, the cappuccino is decent and i will let the photos speak for themselves.

Staff is very friendly and competent, rooms are good with a big bathroom, however the pillows are one of the worst I've ever experienced. Location is okay, a bus stop is 50 meters away but you do need about half an hour into the city center with public transportation.

Stayed for two nights. Worst experience at a hotel ever. You cannot control the A/C in your own room. They must control it at the reception. Called the reception 5 times throughout the night during my stay and confronted the reception table three times to make my room cool. Never happened. Woke up every 2 hours because of the heat. Horrible.

At first I paid for the room through booking. When checking out, they asked me to pay again and promised to refund the money from the booking that day. In the end I was charged 2 payments and the money has not been refunded since July 12.

Lovely hotel, so clean and tidy. The room was spacious, the shower was brilliant. Only grip was their was only one cup, no coffee, no milk and no spoon. I did mention this to the staff, but they don't do sachets of coffee, no mention of the milk. I had to buy a cup and milk, got a spoon from the restaurant. But it was still nice.

Rooms are pretty standard normal. Not the biggest but fine. Staff is overall very friendly and breakfast is good. Dining here was pretty good but a little bit expensive. The hotel is not close to public transport which means walking, taking a bus and then metro. Expect a 45 minute travel to center. There is no swimming pool but the patio area is really nice to sit. I would recommend this hotel to business people more than couples.

We stayed a night at Neo Hotel. We wanted something close to central Milan but not too expensive and this was that. Rooms are clean and decent. The hotel is 20 mins drive from central Milan and you can get public transportation 15 mins walk away.

Good hotel , got all the basics you need breakfast is ok , sausage egg bacon etc seemed fairly cold be better if kept warmer , good pastry and sweet selection Location is bit out the way depending on what you want to do but public transport is very good so not to much of an issue , Do not use taxis very expensive

Worst Hotel I've been to! the air conditioning doesn't work, I've reported to the reception that we have 26° in the room, we couldn't sleep all night, me and my three children, then they tell us we can open the window until tomorrow. we were cheated on as information at the hotel. com website absolutely it is not affordable 😢

Great little hotel. Stayed for one night during a trip to Milan and will stay again. Decor was really pleasant and the beds were comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Although a little out of the way from Milan, the hotel more than makes up for it with the level of service and quality of rooms you would expect from an establishment of this quality. I highly recommend it. A little extra for the attentive night staff.

The smell of the room is so bad.. it can't be tolerated even for one night I do not recommend to book the hotel. I discussed this issue with the reception staff..they have no solutions..so it is difficult to expect help from them in case you encounter any problem..unfortunately I do not recommend it at all..I have been in Italy for 15 days, there are many good options except this place smells bad.

Great and quiet location. Not so far from Milan's attractions. Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Had everything we needed in bathroom from towels to toothpaste and toothbrush.

Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh linens provided daily which is a must! Not a great location, we didn't spend much time in bresso but it's very easy to transfer into Milan from here!

I stayed in this nightmare Hotel for 2 nights from May 31 to June 2 , 2023. Very noisy, bad smelling, worse location,......and finally in the breakfast room inside Hotel in front of so many staff and guest, my laptop bag including high price stuff and all my documents was stolen, and still not found. Hotel Manager not responsible and not available for such important issue. It was a nightmare. Not safe Hotel..... Not recommend to anybody. It is a No star Hotel...!!

Nice rooms, quite reach breakfast, very friendly staff. Logging to internet is a nightmare. Quite some small, nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Nice Hotel in Bresso, near Milano. The service ist excellent. The restaurant serves good Italian food. Unfortunately the AC was broken in my room so I couldn't reduce the temperature. However, the rooms are very quiet. Very good value for money.

Nice hotel. It's unfortunately necessary to walk under the rain between the reception and the room. Basic service which didn't include some comfort items like sleepers, water or infusions in the room. WiFi provided by the reception on request only (which requires another walk under the rain).

Free Open Parking. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. the bus stop is close. room was a little tight and has a kind of dirty carpet. Airconditioned room. There was a fridge with a minibar. I found an open water bottle in the fridge. Nice Hotel "atmosphere and decoration".

Conveniently located, rooms were spacious and contemporary. Food was very good, both breakfast (excellent cappuccino) and dinners, good selection and tasty. Staff was excellent.

Staff professional, courteous, always helpful. Rooms are very small, but clean and comfortable. Room temperature and airflow are controlled by front desk. No ventilation in bathrooms. Restaurant has excellent service and food in the evenings. Breakfast is good, typical offerings with excellent service. I stay here a few days each month.

Not a 4-star hotel, rooms are small and racist service. Reserved two nights, racist manager gave me a handicapped room without me asking for it. Work table was higher in handicapped rooms so I couldn't use my laptop on this room's table. Air conditioner didn't work and racist manager lied to me saying no a/c because it's winter, but it was still October, and other guests I met during breakfast told me their a/c worked. Racist liars like this hotel manager gives Italian hospitality a very bad reputation. For reliable service, you better stay at US-brand hotels, like a Holiday Inn I stayed at Genoa, which gave me an Executive suite instead of a standard room I paid for.

Clean hotel and delicious breakfast. The staff is very helpful. If you leave before breakfast they will prepare breakfast for you to take away. It is a bit further from the center but it is easily reached to Doumo by bus 83 and then by metro m3. I would choose this hotel again.

6 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop. First time visiting Milan and i would say, this is the best hotel to stay if u want clean, quiet and spacious hotel to stay. The room was lovely! Stayed at the Neo Hotel in august for a week with the family, Found the room to be spacious and clean, plenty of room for the 4 of us, excellent bathroom and shower. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere in general . Hotel is a little bit out of the centre of Milan in a quiet area, although we had a car we did use the local transport links and found them to be very efficient and regular. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to stay there again soon.

The hotel itself is nice, but If you are wanting this hotel to explore Milan and stay out past 9pm do not book it. There is literally no way of getting back to the hotel as the bus from the metro station doesn’t run after 9pm we had to walk 45 minutes in the dark along a dual carriageway for the first night and tried to rent scooters the second night but they would not go out that far as the hotel was ‘out of the driving zone’ so we then had to walk again! Taxis are ridiculously expensive with a 2 minute drive costing 25 euros! The breakfast is ok but has more sweet options than actual breakfast foods not much variety if you don’t eat pork. However, the rooms and outside patio/bar area is lovely.
