In general it's a nice enough hotel with quality rooms and nice staff, free parking, free dog, easy to get to. That makes it a little hard to rate fairly. Make sure to stay out of room 101! The room it smelled like someone had smoked in there (the whole floor was non-smoking). We told the reception so they wouldn't blame us. They came up to the room, they were nice and offered a different room. We decided to stay in the room as it was already late, and it wasn't too bad. Later we noticed that it wasn't the room but the bathroom. It was as if it had been used for smoking for weeks on end (not just once), it was really, really bad, we didn't want to spend any minute in there (we're not squeamish). We told the reception when we left, I hope they will clean out the whole room thoroughly before they rent it out again.

Rooms were nice but some have much bigger TV than others. Breakfast was great. The WiFi on the other hand was probably the worst WiFi I have ever experienced. It works but you can basically forget about having more than 1 tab operating at once and if you were expecting to watch any videos at all I would recommend you lower your expectations to reading a book instead.

If the heating is broken and the whole hotel is 28 degrees, you should inform your customer ahead of time, give some kind of discount or provide an alternative. Now the room is too hot and impossible to sleep properly even with open windows.

Nice hotel, conveniently located with free parking and very kind staff. I stayed there for just one night for business reasons but I slept very well and had a enjoyable breakfast the next day. The bathroom unfortunately was fully adapted to people with limited mobility and thus - as you can see - not exactly appreciable, at least for me. For Italians listening, there is no bidet.

Great hotel lovely restaurants next door

My family and me (2 adults, 2 kids and a dog) stayed for two nights in the Best Western Plus Hotel in Arcore during our trip to the Côte d'Azur. We explicitly searched for a hotel outside of Milano, but with a good train connection to the center of the city. To take the Best Western in Arcore was an excellent decision. Our car (a van, 2m high) was able to stay secure in the underground car park of the hotel and the train took us in less than 25 minutes to Milano Porto Garibaldi in the heart of the city. The station in Arcore is only a walk of 10 minutes away from the hotel and a ticket price of 3€ for one direction is more than fair. The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful. I can really recommend the Best Western in Arcore 👍

Big rooms, clean with confortable beds.

Super Hotel, Preis ist unschlagbar günstig für super Qualität. Wir sind überrascht gewesen, zimmer sauber,bequeme Betten, klimatisiert, schöne Atmosphäre, Frühstücksbüffet war sehr ausgewogen.

All good aside the temperature control for the room, the heating wouldn't come on when I wanted it to, eventually it started about midnight. I was quite cold before this.

Nice and welcoming hotel. However, the window with double glass didn´t close totatly. As a result, a lot of noise during the night and it was impossible to rest. I talk in the reception about it, but they didn´t do anything.

Bedroom is still swelteringly hot at 11:30pm. "Two for one" rooms are in the eaves of the roof, but no air conditioning (by law) until 16th April. Not even a fan. And - "sorry sir" - no rooms available on the first floor as we are fully booked. Really regretting arriving late and with a non-refundable booking. Never staying here again. Perhaps a bit of a "first world" problem - but this isn't India, and the rooms are described as having "adjustable air conditioning". Clearly "adjustable" doesn't include being able to turn it on - only to be able to "adjust" how many fan indicator lights are blinking at any one time. Thinking of sleeping in the shower.

Reception was very friendly, the accomadations for a family of 4 was fantastic. We got 1 king size and 2 single beds. Price was incredible. We got it through expedia. Also offered for 6€ per person is a continental breakfast.

Hotel located near good fish restaurant with a private underground parking. Modern hotel, friendly staff, good rates. We had a family room for 4 with breakfast at a very good price, including the parking. Rooms are clean, airconditioned, good beds (one double and two additional foldable beds for the kids - but with good mattresses), nice bathroom. Breakfast is good, though a lot for sweet stuf - no whole grain bread. But plenty of other choices, so no complaint. Ideal as a stop over when travelling to Italy! Price/quality ration very good!

The staff is super helpful, it is a clean and neat place. Special thanks to kitchen team who helped for a late breakfast to go!

Spotless clean spacious room ( junior suite). Breakfast was good, although no healthy options. Coffee might be better in Italy.
