Die Kraaines Pet warehouse is definitely a one stop pet shop...no need to drive around and search for your pets needs, THEY HAVE IT! And if they don't, they go above and beyond to get what you need, as fast as they can. TOPS...and the staff is soooo passionate and friendly!

We much pleasantly surprised with the amazing service I just received at Die Kraaines. The owner assisted me personally and got his driver to bring stock of choker chains from his off-site warehouse to get me what I need. This shop is a work of art, super-clean and VERY well stocked. I would drive from Port Elizabeth again to come and support them.

I visited the Kraaines petshop in Despatch to view the aquariums and variety of Fish. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and variety if fish that is available. I spoke to Deon and he shared some of his vast knowledge and passion for the fish and all things aquarium. I would highly recommend any aquarium hobbies to visit the Kraaines and have a chat to Deon. Deon is also willing to place special orders for customers and caters for the need of novice and specialist hobbiests.

Enjoyed the outside vide between the plants and birds. Kids playing in the sandy play area. Enjoyed Piece of Heaven Coffee Shop.

I buy my dogs food here and I will recommend them to anyone, professional advice and service with a smile and always willing to help.

This is an experience not just a pet shop. Coffee shop, avaries, and a garden to wander and enjoy. A little hidden gem.

Struggle to get dog food from them now on regular basis. Always out of stock and excuses. Shelves looks bit empty

It is not possible to give less than 5 stars, as there is no competition for this store. It is the biggest and most varied in its class and location. The service, products and animals are top class.

Friendly staff, beautiful setting. Delicious food.
