I don’t know how it’s possible that you can wait 1 hour for a burger it’s just unacceptable and not to mention the lady working in front of the shop she’s so unprofessional and unfriendly I mean would it hurt to greet us when we walked in and if, I have a question to answer it without an attitude .

Horrible! We ordered large chips. The portions were well below large. I called and spoke to a lady... She said that's our large. Called the next day, spoke to another lady... Equally unhelpful, asked that we bring our chips in, 24 hours later! No one was able to provide me with the owners details... I have full WhatsApp conversation saved. I won't go back!

Pizza tastes well, but I won't support them again or recommend them. After hour and half, I drove to pick up my food myself. Ordered pizza at 5.30pm. Called at 6.15pm to be told pizza is on its way. Called again 6.40pm to be told pizza just came out and is on it's way. I asked whether it wasn't ready when I called earlier and was told no it wasn't. So why lie about it? 7pm still nothing and I went to pick it is myself. Pizza was already half cold. Besides for a very brief "sorry about that", didn't look like the staff was much bothered.

Outstanding value for money and portions is big. Usually order ahead of time and then it just a quick pick up. Pizzas loaded with toppings and other food items also delicious.

Tried a few times. However, waiting time takes forever. And when you try to WhatsApp as indicated by the store, it takes a while for someone to respond. If they ever do! The one lady, not the owner, is a bit cold. Not too friendly. One time I ordered a chicken burger - came home to a beef one. Another time I was overcharged, slightly, but still overcharged. And the last time, for their one year birthday, I ordered their chicken burger. The bun had green mould on. When I told someone, the first thing they said was that they get their Rolls fresh everyday. Even though they offered to replace it - I didn't bother.

Yesterday evening we came back from Walmer and decided to stop at the kitchen because it looked so inviting. We wait for about 40 minutes, got what we ordered and went home. To our surprise the burgers was Big! and the chips was delicious! We will definitely support the Kitchen again and recommend it to our friends and family

Good food and service, and great value for money. We were visiting Despatch from Cape Town and during our visit, we needed to get supper one evening. We ended up going to the Kitchen and got us Beef Cheese burgers. When the lady rang up our order, it cost us only R110 instead of the advertised R130 for both meals. The service was good, we only waited around 20-25 minutes and it was worth the wait. The chips were slightly undercooked, but the burgers were amazing. I can definitely recommend this establishment. Ps. They dont sell toasted sandwiches after 12PM as it is included in the breakfast menu for some reason.

Absolutely the greatest food I have tasted in a long time. Definitely my favourite place for take out. Well worth it and friendly staff just adds to the whole experience. You guys are 5 stars...

Chips were slippy and fish was burnt the was no taste I always buy fish but yhooo I thought it's better I must try again but nothing changed I'm so disappointed only sauce is the best

If you're hungry, dont go here. You are likely to starve before your order reaches the kitchen. Make sure there is a KFC close by so you dont starve.

Most of the time when I order, delivery or not, food takes a very very long time to be done. However the food is very good.

I got the kitchen basket,they decided to give me tasteless chicken strips instead of Buffalo wings.Poor service from staff aswell.

Had amazing food there before hence the reason for going back, but did not have a great experience last night :( I understand when a business is busy but don't say food will be ready in 40min then have to wait over an hour. Burger patty was rock hard as well so in all, not a great experience :(

I was referred to this takeaways as a place that makes a good Pizza. I bought 3 Pizza's there and must admit that l am very impressed by the amount of topping they put on as well as the taste. I'll be buying from them every time l want some good pizza's. I'll be going through their takeaway menu to raster all their food.
