👍👍 Amazing, cozy spot for a business lunch setting! The portion sizes of the lunch menu are just perfect to get a taste of everything: soup, salad and sandwich. Do not miss the pickled cauliflower!! Will definitely go back! People often mention coffee, vegan, nice, delicious, beans,

Very nice coffee shop. Lot of coffees from different parts of the world and coffee accessories. I was able to have a nice and long conversation with the barista and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I've had an expresso from Mexico that was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

Stylish spot in an old industrial building. Menu is ever-changing, offers beautiful small plates of toasts, salads,.. with fresh ingredients. All for a reasonable price. (15 euros for toast, salad, soup) Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Great for a quick but delicious bite.

Please note that this is a plant based cafe, and everything is therefore vegan. Dont go there expecting cow milk in your coffee. However, the coffee is very high quality and the staff is friendly. The place is a bit outside the busy town, and hence bigger and a lot more relaxed. We ordered cappucino and some pastries, and bought a packet of beans too.

I Love Way Coffee Roasters (all locations) but this location is especially nice because it’s a little out of town and (usually) less busy. The vegan baked goods are all perfection and I look forward to getting them almost weekly 😊

Cozy coffee bar, tasty 'cakes'. Ordering via QR code is super convenient. Location is a bit out of the way compared to other shops. Definitely recommended.

4 stars is top notch, well executed espresso, way above average. It's flavour profile is rich, low acid with lots of cocoa notes, and no tannic flavour. Not my personal favorite espresso style, but flawlessly made nonetheless.

High quality service + food +drinks .. really. This is freaking delicious. All desserts are made with such attention to detail, the texture of the creams and dough is wow. Plus, this is a place where there are unusual varieties of coffee. One of the best places in Belgium

Where coziness meets quality & taste: WAY has been for the past couple of years one of my favourite coffee house spots in Ghent: The vibe is always friendly and easygoing and the staff keeps on updating their menu, exploring new ways of approaching good taste the healthy way w/ wide gluten free & vegan options. As a regular I can say is easy to feel at home, get productive at their studio space or have some delish food with friends and colleagues. And what can I say... the new banana bread and snicker bars are to die for!

This is some of the best coffee I have EVER had. It is sweet, fruity, the right balance of acidity. I was hoping to find good coffee on my vacation, but didn’t expect to find something this incredible. This is worth going out of your way for.

Delicious chai latte and friendly service. It is very discriminatory that one can only pay by card and not in cash. Not everyone has a bank card or smartphone.

Incredible coffee, stuff and atmosphere! Have also a healthy meal if you are hungry! I did and was delicious. Not to be missed! Bought myself also exquisite Costa Rican coffee beans and had a coffee for free as part of the deal :)

This review is only about the coffee/service. I went to Way (to Go) and I did not know it was vegan/vegetarian. After I ordered my coffee, the barista asked me to pay but I did not know he was not going to use real milk in my coffee until after I paid, when I saw that he was using "alpro this is not milk". It was too late and I had already paid for an expensive coffee but I decided to give it a try. I was with friends and they experienced the same disappointment as me. The coffee was not nice as it is with real milk (in our opinion). We would have appreciated if the barista would have told us that the coffee was going to be prepared with an alternative to milk. The tag vegan should have been clearer regarding the coffee.

Super friendly lady at the counter. The coffee was very lovely! I also loved the interior design; it really suited the coffee roasting theme. Had a relaxing afternoon here ☺️

Nice place but they serve cappuccino on oatmilk by default without mentioning and I'm allergic to oatmilk. Happy I had my pills with me.

A great spot overall! Very nice space, delicious coffee and the vegan pastries are super tasty! Knowledgeable staff that double checked what machine I was using when I needed some beans ground. Free wifi is a plus too!

Discovered by chance, I went to try their coffee by having a Brazilian espresso (if I recall correctly) with a cinnamon roll (a bit stale). Then, intrigued by the different specialties, I bought a bag of coffee beans and the kind guy at the bar offered to grind the beans for me, which I really appreciated. Overall, interesting concept in an industrial settlement, with really good coffee (but I would not take the food).

Coming to Way is a bit like visiting Portland but without the jet lag and the kerosene guilt, with fantastic coffee, and now also amazing vegan lunches! They even have an airy "garage terras" where you sit out of the rain without worrying about getting sick.
