lovely little hidden gem in gent that i cant recommend enough. great atmosphere with drinks, a variety of games and cute decor, the member of staff was also so kind and helpful which was much appreciated from us :)

What an absolute jewel of a bar 😃 Superhero decor, pinball machines and retro games, occasional heavy metal song on the playlist.. whats not to like. And you cant beat the location.

Came here to play pinball and it is the best place in town to do that. Their machines are well maintained and shoot well. They give you 5 balls per credit which is weird to me but it might be a local thing. They have a bunch of modern machines with a couple of older machines too. I would recommend checking it out if you want to play pinball.

What an amazing place. If I lived here I'd be here all the time. The music was perfection for me. Barman was a good laugh

Great place for a couple beers and to have a play on some old school machines.

What a great place, you just know that you're sharing someone's passion, from the retro comic book design on the walls and tables to the four screen gaming room and the pinball machines. Don't be put off by the notice by the entrance (unless you are the type of person that walks into the bar, takes loads of pictures and then walks out without buying anything) this place is well worth a visit especially when the weather is a little inclement. We stayed for around an hour and sampled some of the Cherry and Vanilla mead, which at 16% was thankfully served in a small measure. If you visit checkout Igor the not so little puppy.

Great place! Awesome decoration and the staff is also awesome. They also have a game room and pinball machines. Definitely have not seen anything like this in the states.

A really cool Geeky bar! Has a variety of arcade games- Pinball, pong, Packman abd a console room. I had hot chocolate and it was really good. Very recommended if you want to go to a well decorated place with nice staff, even if you don't drink alcohol!

Coincidentally walked past this place and out of curiosity went in to have a peek inside. A very cool place with easygoing atmosphere so my wife and I decided to sit and have a drink. Inside you can play on several cool pinball machines and/or play card games. We choose the latter. Exploding Kittens. Too bad though it was a bit too dark inside for us to read the text on the cards but yeah. Go here if you’re into comics and want to hang out with friends and good beers.

One of the best bars in Gent! You should go there, especially if you are a geek person and you love comics, Marvel movies, etc. They have flippers, a pool table and great signature cocktails.

Funny place to chill, play and drink. Cool pub. Something different. We loved to pinball while drinking a butterbeer. Very delicious.

Very nice bar! I really like the vibe! We had a round of Hot chocolates, sadly the 1st round were rancid. We were glad to receive a 2nd complementary round. The man behind the bar even gave the fresh batch a taste-test to make sure. Great Service! Very likely to come back.

Good concept, poor execution! There is no options to eat. Only 2 pizzas and nachos. Fries would be a great addition. Only one person to waiter everyone, that makes the service very poor. The waiter was overworked with so many people and such a big space. It is very loud.

Simply one of the best places to hang around in Ghent, the ambience goes between familiar and friends. Large diversity of beers and games, including pool, pinball, pong and board games on demand at the bar. Absolutely nice service and music. Totally recommended, specially for comic lovers ♥️🙌

Our first impression was wow this place is a mess. Well well it was a surprisingly nice mess with adorable staff members and an amazing atmosphere!

I love going here. The butterbeer is great, and it's a fine place to hang out with your geeky friends. A lot of pinball machines and some arcade machines too. It does get very loud and noisy quickly so expect that

Today I, a modest English tourist, arrived in Ghent. I followed my instincts and ended up here, at the Comic Sans Bar. I was mesmerised, such an awesome place! You guys have everything: a pool table, pacman and a lot of good folks. I had the time of my life and I will love to come back soon. Thank you Comic Sans, I owe my life to you :-)

Was in ghent for a stag do and we found this bar on the first night, the staff were so friendly and accommodating that we made it our regular bar for the stag. I cannot recommend it enough. Clean bar with a good variety of drinks for all.

Love the atmosphere and the music makes me feel like a teenager again. Great and creative drink selection - I absolutely adored the mead. The staff is super friendly. Definitely will be back soon!

If you're into old arcade games, pinball machines, pacman, with a few beers, this is definitely worth a visit. We loved it!

This is the place for the nerd who loves movies and video games. Friendly staff with good selection of drinks (I had Nuka drink, Fall Out style) You can also spend a lot of time in front of the arcade machine playing Metal Slug or stand by the pinball machine.
