A gorgeous and friendly place located a short walk (or a trip with the tram) away from the centre of the beautiful city Gent. My girlfriend and I felt really comfortable and happy in the bedroom provided to us by the hosts, who clearly put in a lot of work and effort to make this place as enjoyable as possible for everyone.

Fantastic location just far enough from crowds. Short walk to Citadel Park and museums. Lovely, modern room. Great breakfast. Jeroen super helpful and wonderful conversationalist.

So I don’t tend to be a fan of B and B’s, but I would give this place 6 stars if I could. First of all, the hosts Christine and Jeroen could not have been more hospitable and it was an absolute luxury to get to decide exactly what time to take my breakfast every day. The room was spacious, shower was amazing, and the enormous king size bed was heavenly. A wonderful experience for a wonderful city. Highly recommend.

Lovely comfy bed with luxury linen; beautiful rainmaker shower and great lotions. Fabulous breakfast with bean to cup coffeemaker ( limitless access) and fresh fruit. Communal area is cool with small terrace which is a luxury in city location. Mainly hosts were so helpful and informative which made it easy to discover this lovely city.

This is definitely the Kohinoor of the B&B world. Jerone and Christine have been the most welcoming, informative, helpful hosts one could ever ask for ! The room was immaculate, modern and had everything we needed. Plenty of fresh towels, daily. The spa and sauna was a very welcome luxury, with plush robes and slippers. Set in a very convenient location. 10 minutes from the station st pieters and 20 minutes from the town centre. Tram stop is literally around the corner from the front door! We took breakfast each morning. Again, nothing was too much trouble. we had fresh made omelettes and bacon! Plenty of choice and many fabulous extras with no extra charge. The free 24 hour tea and coffee machine is another big plus! We really can't recommend this B&B highly enough. In our opinion a hotel with a B&B status. No hesitation at all to stay again. Just maybe longer next time!

Beautiful hotel but rooms without working heating in the winter. We have to leave after one night. We neither get any compensation.

Lovely modern little cozy B&B. We felt very welcome here. We got a lot of great recommendations for what to see and do in the city. We could pick and mix the breakfast to our liking and the two hosts Christine and Peter prepared it very nicely for us. The location is great it is just 4 min by tram to the historic center and directly next to a nice park. Comfortable beds!

Although we have not stayed ourselves we live close by and my parents stayed here during there visit. They were looked after perfectly which was really important for me. The room was clean, cosy and well equipped. Plenty of delicious options for breakfast, very good quality teas and coffee available 24/7. Located in a very quiet side street not far from a tramstop if you want to go into the city centre or a 20 minute scenic route by foot. My parents felt very comfortable here and they will be returning next time they come visit. They enjoyed walking around Citadel park every morning which is just over the road.

Excellent experience at a very well run b&b. Great location for easily getting to downtown and the train station. We used the outdoor patio every evening after sightseeing. Highly recommend

πŸ‘πŸ‘ A great place to stay. The very steep and narrow staircase was built in a time when safety was less important than today but that adds to it's charm. Rooms are large, warm and have a street view. Staff were great.
