This nurse practitioner has a horrible attitude & is unable to keep staff employed at her office. This jeopardizes the overall health and well being of her patient's. Typically, I don't write reviews, however i would like the public to know, she doesn't have your best interest at heart. The character & integrity of your physician speaks volumes when your sick. She will leave you hanging , when you need her the most. Please take my advice and find another physician!

I’m a new patient to Heart to Heart clinic. I’m very impressed with Ms.Burrell. Brooke is her nurse and she has a very welcoming spirit, she drew my labs and we talked through that the entire time. I didn’t feel the needle or anything. She was very personal, relatable and professional. Ms. Burrell was exactly what I was looking for in a new physician. She has an awesome bed side manner, very attentive and appeared to be thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and most of all she was appreciative of me choosing her. Definitely would recommend. 5 stars from me!

2nd terrible visit! I gave her another chance simply because her admin MJ is so great. Do not go here unless you want a rude caregiver and have hours to wait from room to room. She cannot do this job! And she will not be kind to you! I went first visit for blood work, didn’t even speak with the doctor, which is fine. Had a call scheduled to discuss the bloodwork..sat on hold for 45 minutes. Had to hang up and call back. Then had to wait another 15min. She was literally reading off my results and when i would ask for more information, she would say “you should just be here because i would give you pamphlets.” I’ll add that i could only set up a phone interview because that’s all they had available and shouldn’t be paying for a visit to get some pamphlets!! There’s google for that! 2nd visit was insanely hot in waiting room waited 30 min, finally got called back to wait another 45 min in another room. Was extremely hot in room so i opened the door to get some air and dr Burrell slammed the door shut saying “I’ll be with you in a minute” and rolled her eyes. I waited another 10 mins and said screw it so i left without being seen. Shes only proven to be a poor caregiver by not having the knowledge to provide any information along with zero care or compassion for her customers. She cannot handle her practice! I promise you, you will be disappointed!

Staff is incredibly,kind and considerate. The wait time was short and clinic is really clean . I do believe they do test that are not needed and schedule appointments that are not necessary. I was scheduled 2 appointments. One for test results and one to come see if I can get a subscription I wanted. Should had been one appointment.

She takes the time and explain what’s going on. She is generally concerned bout her patients health. This still holds true

The receptionist as well as the other 2 staff on duty was very nice. The medical assistant was very, very nice, I enjoyed talking to her, she made my day, she’s a very intelligent young lady. Can’t wait to see her on next visit, such a friendly atmosphere.

When I tell y’all i have the best dr. I can talk to about her about anything and everything. She the real mvp make sure she keep my health in order. Love you

Dr. Burrell is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She is really thorough and always ensures the patient's needs are met.

Each and every Staff Person were very patient and took the time to listen to each aquestion then, responding by explaining the answer first in simpler terms, followed with the Medical explanation, that allowed me to understand completely which, allowed me to be totally at ease and comfortable, I actually felt my Anxiety and Heart Rate start to ease up. Looking forward to starting the IV Infusions and natural vitamins!

The doctor is nice but her office lacks organization

I have been going to Heart 2 Heart Care Clinic since 2019. She is an amazing Nurse Practitioner. My entire family see her. Wouldn't change her for anything other Dr. She cares about her patients. #teamheart2heartcareclinic🥰

I like the people that she has working for her they're very nice.The doctor is very nice she takes care of me I would recommend her to people I know all the time.

I am very satisfied with heart to heart clinic. I love Dr. Bereal and her staff. I am beyond grateful for the love and support that they give to their patients. I pray that the Lord continues to bless them as they continue to work hard at what they do God bless y’all.
