Abby is who you want doing your hair. She is not only a sweet and professional stylist, she is truly gifted in both the art and science of cutting hair. I trust her completely to give me a style that is flattering specifically for me. Her techniques, ideas, and use of terminology always make me feel like I’m in the hands of an expert. Run, don’t walk to get your hair cut by her!

I highly recommend this location to all my friends, family, and followers. The moment I walked into the location until the moment I left I was relaxed and greeted with kindness. Stephanie was professional and so knowledgeable. She was considerate of a spot on my face that brings back memories from losing my baby. She made sure to target this spot and also make me feel comfortable the whole treatment. I appreciate her instructions and her caring personally about my skin care. Since Stephanie has done my hydro facial my skin has been complimented and looks and feels completely different. Thank you so much for your services and I will be back!

5-starts for talent, 1- star for customer service I LOVE my stylist here (Lauren) and will continue to go to Paris Parker to see her. However, this is the only location that I've ever had issues with. I've been going to PP for well over twenty years and none of the other locations seem to employ or train their staff to be straight up a-holes. This isn't the first issue I've had at this location, but after several employees there have been snippy & condescending for no apparent reason, I'm starting to think this is a management issue. Today I brought my boys in for a haircut there. They typically go elsewhere but their regular stylist is currently out on leave. They are almost 5 & 7 and very energetic. I brought them in after school so they were bouncing around a bit. I discipline them and make a point to prime them with best behavior tactics before going into a business. Today I was on them correcting every infraction. As I was paying, I asked them to step outside but not leave the stairs or enter the parking lot. This other stylist, Don Paul, was watching me since the moment we walked in. It was becoming increasingly more uncomfortable as I could sense his disdain. I could tell from his scrunched up face, he had zero tolerance for children. No issues there — I wasn't always a parent! Yet, as I'm walking out he is so blatantly staring at my boys (they are outside at this point) as if he had something to say. I looked at him and light-heartedly said, "I'm going to get these two out of here", knowing he was obviously bothered by our very presence. He replied " good, they need to leave!" I was already on my way out. What is the point of being rude to a paying customer when they are already out of the door?! It's like management at this location trains their employees to think they are better than the rest of us. If I had been checked out and not attentive, I could understand the reasoning for saying something. But here I am trying my hardest to juggle two very spirited boys, while checking out & paying and the best this dude can do is offer some rude comment. I just don't get it! I'm sure this Don Paul isn't always an a-hole, but boy I am not impressed with his coping mechanisms at his ripe old age!

Mary did an amazing job on my hair color and extensions. She is so sweet and super great at what she does! She was thorough and informative through the entire process, and I am ecstatic with my results! Riley also did an amazing job with my haircut after Mary did my hair color and extensions. They made sure my hair looked so natural and blended after my services were complete - I am just loving my new look! Definitely the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. Overall, I have been so pleased with Paris Parker in Mandeville, and I am so happy I found a great new salon to go to, and I am looking forward to my follow up appointment! Thank you guys so much for making me feel awesome!

Shannon gave me an excellent pixie cut, which is very hard to do. I got a new product for my hair, and it works great. The best thing is that they took me the same day.

I really enjoyed my massage with Audrey. I got in with a last minute, day before booking. She took the time to explain the entire process and point out all the spa had to offer. She covered any possible allergies to fragrances or topical oils I might have and made sure to discuss any disease states that might be affected by her touch. Not in depth, for instance, if I was a diabetic and had an insulin pump she would need to know to avoid that area. She based the intensity of her force off my reaction and was very observant/adjusting to problem areas and my tolerance. After a full hour long massage, I was shown to a large, private steam shower where all toiletries needed were provided. They also have hair dryers and brushes available for use as well, so you really only need to bring yourself!

My daughter was ready for her first real haircut and the one she picked out was a big change. Raina made it happen and more! I loved that she took the time to understand what my daughter wanted and explained what would work best for her. I knew that we got a great haircut, but she also gave my daughter a ton of confidence in herself with this new style. It matches her personality so well. Thank you!

Riley gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! They took note of my wavy/curly hair texture and knew how to layer it to make it look best. They also gave me tips on what products to use and how to style it myself. Will definitely be back.
