I always enjoyed going to shop as they were very kind and helpful to me and my ex husband. I am leaving this review as a warning to others that man made diamonds do not have the same resale value that mined diamonds do. I reached out several times to the staff with my ex husband’s permission and asked for the details of my ring so I could sell it on Facebook Marketplace, but no one ever responded to me. I then was forced to visit 3 different jewelers in the Columbus area to try and sell my ring to help with a big vet bill. All 3 of them said man-made diamonds, have basically no resale value and the end result was receiving $300 for a ring my husband spent almost $10,000 on 😞

Jeff and his wife, Corrine, are simply amazing. It was by Happy stance we came to their Jewelry store. We were waiting in the parking lot and his wife came out to greet us as they were planning to close. But waited a few extra minutes for us to come inside their beautiful store. Jeff and his wife were very helpful, patient and thoughtful during our visit. We felt like family. They only have the best fine jewelry in Toledo. Absolutely LOVE my earrings. Thought I wanted a bezel or 4 prong set (which were great) but the salesperson encouraged me to try on the 3 prong martini setting as well. Wow, so glad I did! And they changed out the posts to screw backs on the same day. Great Jeweler, highly recommend!

For our 25yr wedding anniversary I wanted to get my wife a new wedding ring. Upon entrance to the store we were greeted and asked if we would like something to drink and what our interests were. After explaining our situation and what we're thinking, Michael listened to my wife very thoughtfully and started to bring out different settings and diamonds and let her try them on. Jeff then entered the room introducing himself and couldn't have been a nicer.. No high pressure sales, just caring that my wife was getting exactly what she wanted. After approx 20 different configurations, Michael put a set on her finger and both of us said at the same time that's it, that's what we are looking for. It was like looking at 20 different houses and knowing when you walked into the one, you knew that's the one. Jeffrey Mann will definitely be our go to for all purchases in the future and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome.

As someone who is only 21, I was super excited to get my family heirlooms resized, cleaned, and a chain clasp replaced, I am highly disappointed with the services I paid for. I was recommended to use Jeffrey Mann by a family friend and after research I was confident to use them for the services I needed. While being in there I was resized for a my ring then also agreed to get a clasp replaced to a different style, specifically a lobster clasp. When I returned to pick up my pieces, my necklace was not cleaned nor was the clasp replaced to the agreed style. I brought up that this wasn't correct and was told it was still a new clasp with no apology and had to pay for it. They offered to re-do it after I said I was disappointed, but I was unable to come back again to retrieve my necklace. I am beyond frustrated that I still had to pay for something that was not agreed on nor what I wanted, and now I am buying a new chain all together because this was not what I wanted at all. I was super excited for this process and am now left bummed out. I am not sure if it was because I was young and thought I just wouldn't notice, but overall for being a fine jeweler I would have expected a higher level of service. This would never be a place I would recommend to anyone. Attention to detail did not seem up to par in my opinion. After bringing up my concern I was reached out to by Jeffrey Mann to talk through my experience. He quickly talked through options to solve the issue and apologized for any mistakes. The way things were handled showed a lot of integrity by the business and I appreciated the personal aspect.

I don’t know where to begin. Mike was amazing from when I first stepped foot in the door until the end. Was very informative with all the ratings of the diamonds as I was new to this and explained everything in great detail. Not pushy at all and stayed within the price range that I was wanting. Jeff the owner was amazing as well, he was present during the entire process and offering his input. What set them apart was the knowledge and expertise but the final selling point was when I was allowed to take the diamond outside to see it in the natural light. As we all know every diamond looks amazing under those bright lights but allowing me to experience it in the natural light before making my final decision was great. I can’t give this group of people enough praise. I will never go anywhere else for my diamonds.
