Solari & Co. is the only jeweler you should ever consider for any of your jewelry needs! I came across Solari while I was on a deployment to the Middle East with the U.S. Army. I inquired with them and owner, Isaac, reached out to me personally to answer any questions I had about a custom engagement ring setting I wanted to have hand made. Through the whole process Isaac and his associate Fadi were so responsive and helpful.  They created exactly what I wanted and more. They treated me like family and checked in on me not only for the ring but how I was doing on my deployment. Once it was time to pick up the ring they set me up with a seamless process that made me feel confident and comfortable! The ring came out absolutely amazing and my fiancée is absolutely in love with it. Everyone we meet raves about the ring and how perfectly made it is. We cannot wait to go get our wedding bands custom made from Isaac. On top of all of that, they are a local Michigan company; what is better than supporting local on top of world class products? The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, creating and showing him multiple designs based on his suggestions and finding the most incredible diamond! Excellent service that is far superior to other jewelers in the area. Very knowledgeable staff. I had an engagement ring repaired and they got it done immediately! while I was waiting I had a nice conversation with Maesyn about jewelry and diamonds, she shared some knowledge with me and I even learned a thing or two. To my surprise the small repair was free of charge! They've made a loyal customer out of me, and I'm still surprised how awesome the customer service is here. I'd recommend Solari & Co. to anybody. Side note; they also sell beautiful fountain pens!

We found this store online while looking up a jeweler to size a watch. We called and they said to come right in and they would be happy to assist us. It was a Saturday evening a half hour before closing too! Maesyn greeted us when we came in. She was so sweet and helpful! The store is bright and so beautiful too! Within a few minutes they were able to size my husbands watch and we were on our way! I highly recommend this Jeweler because they go out of their way to give you the best and most personalized customer service!

Wanted to get a Sterling Silver ring that I have had for YEARS resized. I initially went to Jareds but they didn’t want to take the liability and turned me away. I searched maps for “jewelry repair” and came across Solari & Co. and so glad I did. They made my day, my week, my year! I had to hug the metal artist TWICE! She slowly increased the size until it was just right and polished it up to look brand new! I discussed other interests with I believe the owner so I will be back! It was the personalized customer service that a “Jareds” can’t provide. Can’t tell them THANK YOU enough. I have my ring back!!! ❤️

We have come here twice and had great experiences each time. My husband bought me a most beautiful set of rose gold heart shaped earrings that were quite unique and they fixed my wedding ring for free for my birthday! I decided to bring it back for a complete repair because of their wonderful customer service.
