Nice guys who’s willing to find ways to help. It’s a clean store with very professional people working. They are also friendly and make you feel warm and welcome. Yes, they’re trying to sell you something but isn’t everyone who owns a business? The thing is they’re trying to do so the right way! Not making you feel forced not uncomfortable. They work with you and work for you. They have a nice selection for both men and women and do customizable jewelry as well.

We had a challenging resizing job for a ring because of how many sizes we needed to go down but Gianini’s got the job done very quickly while we waited, he is an expert jeweler without a doubt, highly recommend

I had a watch I bought 4 years ago and the battery died. So I took the back plate off and replaced the battery. It was incredibly difficult to get back on and I was unsuccessful. I called around to several places and didn’t mind paying a service charge for someone to help me. However, No one would help me. It either wasn’t worth their time or they didn’t care. Gianinis Jewelers did. The owner did it himself. I was so damn grateful. The staff was understanding and super professional. I handed them my card for whatever charge they thought was appropriate and they handed it back. No charge. What a first impression. I’ll be back for a purchase for sure. Good service hasn’t died. It’s just far and few.

Gianini was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and super helpful. He adjusted my watch, fixed a bracelet that I had broken and a ring I had crushed in a door.
