    I’m really sad to see this Ulta go downhill since new managers have arrived. I frequent this store, and there has been a significant change the last several times I have been in to shop. Specifically, the new manager Heather. While shopping this evening with more than 20 min to close, she was going around and rudely telling people it was almost 8pm. We have all been in stores where people kindly remind you, but she was basically giving off the “get out of my store” vibe to everyone. Then, she checked me out and after offering me the credit card at least three times- reminding me each time (even after I declined) how silly it is for me not to have it- I finally just stopped answering her and stared at the credit card machine. When I asked about a product they were out of she just said- no we don’t have it. Never offered to see if another store had it and followed up again with the store closes at 8. I had several items in my hand to buy, so you would think you would not only want to make sure to make money for your store, but would want to make sure I came back again. It’s just customer service 101. I guess I will have to drive further to find a different Ulta. I recommend not going to this one.

    Ashley is wonderful! I was looking for a new stylist and found she had some very positive reviews. I have to say I am so happy that I found her. She listens to what I want and does a great job not only with hair color but my cut is great too! Added bonus she has really great hours making appointments ver convenient. They are even open on Sunday and Monday at Ulta. You can even use points to pay towards your hair appt. I would highly recommend Ashley if you are looking for a great cut and color!. She will not disappoint.

    I love Ulta in general, and frequent many of their locations, but for at least the past 3 years, staff at this location have been so RUDE. They have a terrible attitude, are lazy and unhelpful, and overall should probably not be working in such a forward-facing business. I will go to any other Ulta location, but NOT THIS ONE.

    Worst ultra i’ve ever been to. I came in to make a return and right off the bat the staff was rude. I was returning an item i got as a gift and they ended up taking out the points in my account plus a bonus 300 points so i was left with a negative balance and 4 years of wasting money at ulta was gone.

    Worst location. Start to finish it's a location that fails all the fundamentals. -Retail -Customer service -Communication. -Integrity -Human Decency There will never be an excuse for someone to walk into the store and have (3) workers ,within 6 feet of you, completely ignore your presence; not even an hello. There should also NEVER be a reason a worker overrides what a customer says to make their numbers and sales plan. Tisk Tisk! If I were officially shopping this store they would've received a FAIL report twice over. I'm quite sure when it does get shopped it will fail the test again on record. I'm not sure what type of training videos they require participation for, but it was very clear all things can't be taught. They did not/do not model BEAUTY behaviors let alone the ULTRA BEAUTY BRAND BEHAVIOR. Shop a different location. Until they rid this one of its current and entire staff. Never Again! I'd recommend one inside of a Target, Farmington, or other locations.

    Claire is AMAZING. I had a terrible salon experience at a different salon and she not only made me feel very comfortable, she was very knowledgeable and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her, I feel stunning, and not only will be back, I recommend her to anyone and everyone.

    Love ulta! I like the way they divide up the store into two halves, the more expensive half for makeup and the less expensive half. I like all the hair products and the hair salon in the back and the skincare area as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

    Horrible. Did a pick up order. My order was canceled. I called to see it was out of stock. Received nothinggg but attitude and LOUD huff and puff because I asked the simply question “was the item out of stock?” I even recommended that I could get a different color. Not the associate (which weirdly sounds like her job) didn’t state a name didn’t state a name when I called back. I didn’t even mention a word about the fact that I spent 500 bucks on a blow dryer for my gf birthday and now I have to spend another 500 until the previous get returned. Any other customer would have raised hell But the fact that I’ve bought plenty of things for her with no problem from this company I recommend CANTON location if you don’t want to be intimidated by Novi’s angry employees that doesn’t feel like working. (It’s not that far of a drive from this location). I felt like a valued customer last time I ordered there(canton). Ulta is an amazing company that I will continue to spend my money with. But not this location. As a business owner I recommend training from the canton location to effortlessly show Novi’s location how to support the “customer service” part of the application they signed.

    Absolutely the best staffed Ulta I’ve been to. Olivia was one of the most helpful employees I’ve had so far. Her and the other two employees that were working on the night of the 11/15/22 absolutely killed it. Super sweet and extremely helpful. These ladies should definitely get a raise for helping me pick out my exact color match and for pointing me towards the right products. 10/10 will only be coming to this Ulta.

    Pros, they are usually in a stock of the products I'm looking for. Cons, I hate that when I place a pick-up order, I still have to wait in line at the register. That completely defeats the point of having that service. Considering that so many of the Ulta coupons revolve around ordering online and picking up in store, this needs to be improved. In general, not the worst Ulta, but I agree with the majority of the reviews here - the customer service could definitely be improved.

    Addicted to the store! The staff are always friendly and helpful and will make sure that you will find exactly what you need. They will even hold a product for you if it's the last one and you aren't in store until later. Has everything that a makeup enthusiast desires and more! Always a positive experience!

    Jamie and Ashley were so pleasant! I went to the Novi location for my makeup and Jamie was so polite and understanding in scheduling an appointment that would suit my situation. And Ashely did my makeup and she did such a beautiful job! Both of these women made my event that much more special. It's not often where you get people that go up and beyond and when they do, they need to be acknowledged!

    The worst place to shop. Cashier Riley don't know anything about there olcoupon promotions. Called and asked I spoke to Someone as soon as you complain they just hang up the phone. I will never shop at this place again. So Returning an item riley consider that as coupon to discount your item.

    I popped in because I'm familiar with the brand and just needed a couple of things while traveling. Based on previous reviews, I was a lil on guard. Only went for what I needed. Didn't browse or spend extra time in there. 🤷🏾‍♀️
