    Mark and Julie both are Amazing! I have a group 10-12 friends and we all go to Trv fitness in canton. Everyone loves the classes and the friendly environment really makes this place great.

    Mark is the best, for sure. I was really nervous to get started doing these kinds of classes and lifting, but he made it really easy to learn. All of the trainers are amazing and helpful, and all the other clients are welcoming and make nothing feel intimidating. It’s so great to feel like you belong at a gym, and the physical AND mental progress I’ve made has been awesome.

    I've been working with Mark for a couple of months and the results have been fantastic. If you are struggling with your fitness goals, this is where you want to go. Highly satisfied, and highly recommended.

    I've had the pleasure of training with Mark, and I must say that he has been an exceptional trainer. He has always been flexible with time availability, making it easy for me to fit workouts into my busy schedule. Mark consistently provides workouts that are both challenging and enjoyable, which has kept me motivated and excited to continue our sessions. When I faced an injury, Mark seamlessly adapted my workouts to accommodate my limitations, ensuring my safety and progress.     Nice gym. Give it a shot. They help you personalize your routines for your level of fitness and challenges. I go for personal training. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. I have made great progress in a short amount of time strength training. They are flexible with schedules so that helps. Its a supportive environment.

    I have been in one on one training with Mark. 4 lbs down in 5 weeks!! Mark is an exceptionally Knowledgeable trainer who understands body chemistry better! I highly recommend personal training 100%

    Mark is an absolutely incredible trainer! I was looking for someone to help me build strength and build a program that fits my needs and goals. I have been training with him for a little over a month and I am astonished by the huge progress that I've made. I am noticing muscles that I didn't know existed (lol). I like how he comes up with different ideas for exercise each session. The verity keeps me motivated and I am looking forward to every training session. Training with Mark was the best decisions I've made for my own self care. I highly recommend him!

    A truly fantastic CrossFit gym. Coaches are knowledgeable and helpful, making sure you stay motivated and safe during workouts. Regardless of your background of current fitness level, you will have fun, learn, and be challenged here! Mark is an amazing trainer. Highly recommended!!!

    I'm so glad I found TRVFIT! After taking a break from fitness/lifting for a few months, I’ve been able to get back on track and have seen my strength and endurance improve quickly. This is thanks to the amazing coaches at TRVFIT who all do a great job of creating an encouraging and motivating environment. The programming is very well-rounded and does get spicy as Mark would say! I like that in each workout there is room to really challenge yourself or scale where needed. I appreciate the goal review sessions which allow you to meet one-on-one with head coach, Mark to discuss your goals, see how you’re progressing and talk through any changes you can make. The community at this gym is so welcoming and it’s so nice to see everyone cheering each other on to hit those PRs! If you’re looking to get fit, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

    Mark is the best trainer I have ever worked with. Carefully crafts session plans based on the individual needs and goals of his clients. Very comfortable setting. Everyone is friendly, and they encourage each other.

    The entire staff here is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! I’ve been doing semi private training 1x/ week with Cody for the last few months and just bumped it up to 2x/week! Love coming here, I enjoy my personalized workouts and feel so much stronger. Highly recommend!
