was
so
excited
to
get
a
hydra
facial
here
and
I
did
a
lot
of
research
prior
to
booking
my
appt
and
really
thought
I
was
going
to
have
great
results,
as
many
others
do,
and
that
was
not
my
experience.
I
left
with
MANY
visible
black
heads
still
and
congestion.
I
manually
extracted
some
blackheads
out
myself
later
on
that
should
have
been
removed
during
my
service
earlier
that
day.
The
girl
doing
it
spent
about
3
minutes
doing
manual
extractions
and
removed,
maybe
4-6
blackheads.
The
procedure
is
listed
to
take
about
45
minutes
and
she
did
the
whole
thing
in
30
or
less.
The
absolute
WORST
part,
and
this
is
unacceptable,
is
she
wore
gloves
but
touched
the
door
knob,
left
the
room
in
these
gloves
and
came
back,
touched
light
switches,
cleaned
equipment,
used
an
iPad,
then
came
back
and
touch
my
face
with
the
SAME
gloves
on.
I
almost
said
something
to
her
to
change
them
but
held
back
because
when
she
reached
to
her
cart
I
thought
she
was
changing
them,
and
instead
she
just
grabbed
product
and
went
right
in.
The
fact
this
is
suppose
to
be
medical
grade
facial
and
that’s
the
level
of
sterile
I
am
seeing,
is
unprofessional
and
disappointing.
This
facial
was
on
sale
for
$150,
and
honestly
it
was
not
worth
it
at
all,
as
I
seen
no
significant
results
and
had
dirty
gloves
used
on
my
face.
I
let
her
know
at
the
end
I
was
expecting
more
and
was
underwhelmed
by
the
results.
To
which
she
attempted
to
sales
pitch
coming
back
and
other
highly
priced
facials
and
procedures.
I
would
never
return
or
recommend.
