Atmosphere was cozy. Our server Dan was the best! Food was delicious. Serving sizes are generous. We were celebrating my sister's college graduation

We had a beautiful lunch sitting at the bar and meeting some new friends. Marcus, the bartender, did an great job. We had some amazing appys of stuffed hot peppers and delicious meatballs. Afterwards we went to the Marketplace and bought a bunch of gifts for friends (and a few for ourselves 😊). There is nothing like spending a few hours in an idyllic and gorgeous space! Consistently wonderful! Every. Single. Time. ❤️

Visited Gervasi Vineyard and went to the Bistro for dinner. I thought the food was okay...I expected more out of my Chicken Italian Napoleon, I really did. It wasn't nasty but it was definitely missing some umph. My drink was delicious and my desert was yummy. The ambiance at The Bistro is really nice and enjoyable. The staff was great and our waiter Logan was extremely nice and friendly. Would I visit again? Yes.

What a lovely experience! Staff is friendly and helpful, and you can really take your time exploring before coming to grab a nice lunch/dinner… The drinks are yummy and the food is delightful too. Pricey but it certainly makes for a wonderful and calming experience.

I went here for my birthday and the food and wine was delicious. I sampled a few of the sweet wines and got a bottle of the Brigante. I enjoyed walking around the property even though the weather wasn't the best. I loved the rustic decor throughout the restaurant. The service was top notch.

Even though we didn’t have a reservation, they offered up the bar and a long communal table. We sat at one end and felt like we had privacy even as others slowly filled in some of the other spots. We both ordered a wine flight and shared bread with an amazing ricotta spread. We also ordered perogies that were delicious. Beautiful restaurant that appeared to have three levels. We had a lovely view of the water and trees.

We had a lovely dinner to celebrate my sisters graduation from college. We were seated upstairs in the loft and it was nice and almost felt like a private room (only a few tables up there). The food and drinks were wonderful. I had the special which was lamb and it was cooked to perfection. Our server Ashlyn was marvelous and was an expert on the menu. Highly recommend for special occasions (the food is on the higher end price wise but well worth the quality and experience!!!)

Gorgeous property! Ambiance inside the Bistro is wonderful, it's a mix of rustic with Tuscan charm. Staff was welcoming and great service. Food was great as well as the wine! Will be back 🙂❤️

I had my third, but first official date with my now girlfriend. The ambience was beautiful and the food was just as great. I still remember we had an amazing server as well, she even took out picture. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and return in the future.

We visited The Bistro at Gervasi, and it was an overall nice experience. I booked three weeks in advance and the only reservation I could get was 9:30pm on a Saturday evening. The food was flavorful and well priced. The service was good, our server was knowledgeable and friendly.

We came in for a wine tasting, a glass of wine and a snack. The bar was perfect for us and our bartender tonight was amazing as well.

I had the scallops with risotto. I've eaten all over the country, but this was hands down the most delicious meal I have ever eaten in my entire life. Hubby had mushroom raviolis and loved them as well. From the service, bread, wine appetizers, creme brulee it was unreal. So romantic and beautiful.We made new years eve reservations online also..so excited to come back.

This was my 4th time at the Bistro and by far my favorite. Our server Bryn was by far the best and most caring server I’ve ever had in my life. A true gem and beautiful human and I’m so happy we were sat with her. She made our experience so memorable. My son loved her dearly and even said she was his favorite waitress ever. The food was top notch. My scallops were cooked perfectly. The kindness and service we were shown tonight is unforgettable. Thank you so much!

Zach is an excellent server that was very knowledgeable of the wines and menu. The ambience was wonderful. The resort is a special little spot in Ohio. Excellent food!

In one word The Bistro was phenomenal! The restaurant has a calming ambiance that is beautifully decorated in what I would describe as a modern rustic environment. Our server, Dan, was awesome. He had insightful and honest recommendations regarding the menu items. We were able to talk to him for a few minutes and never felt rushed even though we were likely one of the last reservations of the night. The Artisan Piatti platter was fantastic and of course I had to add the prosciutto! With 4 meats and 3 cheeses, along with other toppings, there are numerous pairing options. My wife even discovered that she liked goat cheese! The million dollar deviled eggs were fantastic as well. As a self-proclaimed deviled egg connoisseur (yes I like them that much), I would definitely order these again. The highlight was the strip of thick cut bacon with a wonderful smokey flavor and subtle hint of sweetness that you are able to cut up and enjoy on top of the eggs! I ordered the strip steak (it paired well with the Gervasi rum barrel bourbon). It was a fantastic cut of beef that was precisely cooked to medium-rare. The only thing that would've made it better would be a sprinkle of course ground sea salt on top. I ultimately decided to order the strip steak because I had to try the potatoes that come with it. They were so good I wanted more! Large pieces of bacon and ham mixed with the potatoes (and peppers if I can remember correctly) complimented the steak through every bite. My wife ordered the halibut. It was a thick cut piece that flaked perfectly and the lobster bisque risotto combination was fantastic. I almost asked her if she wanted to trade! Side note: Even though I didn't taste it, the table next to us ordered something coated in red sauce, and let me tell you, that sauce smelled absolutely amazing! It smelled like I walked back into time and was sitting in my grandmother's kitchen as she was making sauce. Dan said it was probably the peppers or the meatballs and I almost ordered some to go but I was too full! The only downside was the addition of a 2.5% fee for credit card purchases. Now it isn't the end of the world, but it seems like a business of this size where would be able to avoid these processing fees. The fees are in no way a surprise and I appreciate the transparency but it seems to be consistent throughout the property so if you come here make sure you pay with debit or cash to avoid these fees.

My husband and I came for our anniversary, and it was an amazing experience. We can usually get in and out of a restaurant in an hour and a half, but we were so enjoying the food, and atmosphere and even our server, that we were there for 2 and a half. I would say that it's quite pricy, but you get what you pay for, and we definitely got our money's worth.

Amazing! This is my 4th time at the bistro and it never disappoints! All the food has been beyond spectacular. Particularly love the scallops and chicken piccata, but really everything is incredible.

First time here and definitely not the last! From the apps to the dessert every course was flawless. I got the porkchop and it was incredible, it was so tender I could cut it with my fork!! The cocktails were incredible and everything is reasonably priced for what you're getting!

(Prefacing this with the info that one of my children is a chef here) My SO and I had dinner here on 5/6/23 to celebrate our anniversary. We knew the food would be phenomenal, but were pleasantly surprised by how warm and welcoming the staff was. Kylin, our server, made an excellent wine recommendation for my very picky wine pallette. Was very attentive throughout the evening and even helped us choose an excellent dessert (to take home cause we were very full from dinner). She then surprised us with the gelato seen in the picture and took some great pictures of us for our own memories! We also asked for, and received, a table visit from my favorite chef (yes, my child, Frank) who later told me they made sure to mention a food allergy to the kitchen (cause i forgot to do that) and ensured everything was perfect for us. Kudos to Jade, Kylie and all the wonderful chefs for some excellently prepared food! We then wandered outside to sit in the comfy Adirondack chairs and just enjoy the vibe of the evening. All in all, an excellent way to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful evening!

Gorgeous landscape, beautiful place, and wonderful food. I was surprised by the portion size and options and that they had a kid's menu because I know my child can be picky and doesn't have the same taste pallet that adults do. The service was above and beyond as well, we are thoroughly impressed all around! We can't wait to go back!

My fiance made reservations with special instructions for my birthday. I was super excited! They even gave him a call back to confirm the special instructions, but when we arrived, they were not met. We didn't get a warm welcome at the start, the drink he asked for was not there. Nor was it ever brought or brought up. Our waiter was very impersonal, he really didn't go over any of the specials or wine with us. I ordered a glass of wine, unknowing of the size difference with it so was shocked. Multiple plates were dropped around us, and a poor woman even was hit with a plate. I wasn't happy with the experience at all. The seating we were placed had, I had the door to my back so felt the cold air the entire time. I don't think we will come back which is unfortunate. I love your wine.

Gorgeous venue for some amazing food!! We celebrated our anniversary a little early since we will be PCSing in the middle of our actual anniversary. We had a little wait for our reservation and the manager comped our appetizer. Totally not needed because we weren't upset over it but very appreciated. I highly recommend the Butternut Squash Soup and the Lemon Piccata chicken.

We dined 2 nights at the Bistro at Gervasi during our weekend stay. The food and service were absolutely stellar! Tara was our sever both nights. She guided us expertly through everything from wine to dessert. Can't go wrong asking for her. She was a true delight.

A group of us went to see Colin John play outdoors. It was inviting and comfortable. Great service and good food. Our waitress was on the ball and always politely checking on the needs of our table. I promise I will be back every time Colin John plays at this venue, he was fantastic. Interactions with the crowd was fun especially for some cute little girl and her family. His way of singing classics was terrific and fun. Keep up the great work everyone!

The food is as what you would expect, maybe better but served with a side of pretentiousness. The architecture and aesthetics are nice. Canton is a little far inland to serve mussels. For a restaurant selling service - the waitress was not on par.

The bistro is an amazing dining experience! My fiance and I went here for our anniversary and could not have had a better experience. The food was incredible, the drinks are really awesome, their desert ice wine is out of this freaking world! And the staff are some of the nicest people I've met! A special shout out to our waitress, Jess. She went above and beyond to make our dinner spectacular. My fiance has allot of dietary restriction and she was super accommodating! I wish I could give them 30 stars!

The food was definitely not worth the price. The taste and quality was just not there. However The Twisted Olive (which is also a Gervasi restaurant) was a 10/10 for quality, service and palate!
