Amber,
the
student
coordinator
at
Paul
Mitchell,
does
a
great
job
of
providing
customer
service!
Her
pleasant
personality
and
patience
is
exceptional
when
compared
to
others,
especially
with
so
many
people
unhappy
during
the
current
COVID-19
pandemic.
These

the
reasons
why
I
like
her
customer
service
as
a
student
coordinator.

happy

she
answers
the
phone.
You
can
hear
the
smile
on
her

She
took

my
MANY
QUESTIONS
as
a
single
father
of
two
daughters
(age
5
and
2)
without
irritation.
I’m
learning
how
to
help
my
girls
with
their
beauty
&
hairstyling
needs.
She
never
made
me
feel
stupid
for
my
questions,
and
she
helped
me
find
Tuesday,
our
current
hairstylist,
based
on
the
needs
of
my
daughters.
She
clearly
cares
about
helping
people.
She
asked
me
questions
to
discover
I
am
recently
divorced,
and
why
I
needed
a
hairstylist
for
my
young
daughters.
She
treated
me
more
like
a
member
of
her
family,
than
a
customer.
Amber,
is
problem-solver
with
attention
to
detail.
For
example,
she
let
me
know
I
should
leave
early
for
our
appointment
because
the
parking
lot
is
under
construction.
She
let
me
know
finding
a
parking
space
would
likely
be
difficult.
Imagine
how
you
would
feel
arriving
and
you
can’t
find
a
parking
space
lol.
Please
ask
for
her
by
name
when
setting
an
appointment
for
a
student
stylist
to
provide
color,
highlights,
hair
washing,
balayage,
scalp
treatments
or
any
other
desired
results.
