Amber, the student coordinator at Paul Mitchell, does a great job of providing customer service! Her pleasant personality and patience is exceptional when compared to others, especially with so many people unhappy during the current COVID-19 pandemic. These are the reasons why I like her customer service as a student coordinator. 1) Tone of voice 2) Patience 3) Caring attitude 4) Problem-solver 5) Attention to detail Amber’s tone of voice sounds happy each time she answers the phone. You can hear the smile on her face. She is patient. She took time to answer my MANY QUESTIONS as a single father of two daughters (age 5 and 2) without irritation. I’m learning how to help my girls with their beauty & hairstyling needs. She never made me feel stupid for my questions, and she helped me find Tuesday, our current hairstylist, based on the needs of my daughters. She clearly cares about helping people. She asked me questions to discover I am recently divorced, and why I needed a hairstylist for my young daughters. She treated me more like a member of her family, than a customer. Amber, is problem-solver with attention to detail. For example, she let me know I should leave early for our appointment because the parking lot is under construction. She let me know finding a parking space would likely be difficult. Imagine how you would feel arriving and you can’t find a parking space lol. Please ask for her by name when setting an appointment for a student stylist to provide color, highlights, hair washing, balayage, scalp treatments or any other desired results. Leave a positive review for Amber if you agree she provides great customer service. It may lead to a (1) promotion (2) salary increase or another (3) employment opportunity. I’m sure your words of encouragement will make her day :-)

Got my hair done by #104 Matti!! She did an amazing balayage! Very talented! Highly recommend her! She's also very nice and fun to talk to while you sit there with all the foils! Matti also gave me a little trim for my dead ends! I will definitely be coming back!

I had my hair cut and colored by Melissa 53 it turned out so beautiful she blowed it dry and curled it after. I was given several compliments by friends and family. I will definitely go back there, they have great prices and they have a very relaxing environment. I made an appointment, but they also take walk in clients. They really strive to give you what you ask for and to make you happy.

It was my first time visiting Paul Mitchell. Emily #133 was meticulous doing each foil. She was a pleasant person to talk with during the treatment, and she styled my hair just lovely afterward. I recommend using her.

Jay was absolutely lovely. I feel compelled to leave a good review because she completely captures my vision and was very talented. Everyone there was so kind and professional. How lucky I ended up here after moving to Michigan. It couldn’t have been better 😊

the staff here were so helpful and accommodating. Kendra the instructor was very hands on and made sure we left happy. Also a shout out to Kendall #108, shes provided an all over color service and I told her an idea of what I was looking for and to just pick whatever colors she thought! She nailed it! im so happy with the end results! She was so sweet the entire service as well! Also Jenna her classmate that assisted was so sweet and really helped speed the process up!

I love coming here for services!! The first time, I was treated by Danae, and it was the first time I'd ever gotten color treatment, she was awesome!! I've gone two more times and I've been treated by Emily #133, and she also does beautiful work!!! I've let her exert some of her creativity on my hair and she NEVER disappoints! I definitely recommend her for those looking to add a little (or big) pop to their hair!!

I love Paul Mitchell. Very kid friendly. I took my 13 yr old son for a buzz cut. It took 20 minutes and he got wash. Half price because they're students. I love everyone up there. My daughter cut her little brother's hair. #14. She's awesome.
