Wow 😳...been in therapy the last few years after some major trauma...on my first visit to renew my medication the "I'm not a doctor"...informed me that they won't be renewing the medication that has been working for me. "We will be exploring alternatives." Last time I tried a different drug I was in the ER for poisoning. One pill adversely affected me for 3 weeks and I still suffer some of these side effects to this day (4 years later). No consultation, no history discussion. This is not an establishment that cares about a person's mental health. Their only agenda is pushing certain pharmaceuticals without regard for the wellness of the patient.

Our family therapist moved to this company this Spring of 2023. Therapist is still wonderful. But this place keeps billing our Blue Care Network health insurance in an incorrect manner -- using incorrect codes. We rectified 3 invoices in May 2023 after MANY phone calls from BCN to PPMN. On the phone again now about August 2023 therapy session charge. Why is this so difficult to bill clients' insurance correctly? It's the same service month after month. Danielle said now it did get rebilled recently correctly and that we should be getting a revised Explanation of Benefits from BCN soon. Will recheck in a week to make sure this happens!

Absolutely loved her, caring; very informative. Listened to me and everything I wanted to say. Could be like talking to a friend vibe. Very professional though, bedside matter 10/10

Mr. Patel is always professional, kind and helpful. He's extremely knowledgeable about the meds he prescribes. The office staff are also wonderful.

its a decent place. Could be a bit more attentive up front. A few times they missed something or forgot to follow up. But we're all human. it happens.
