The food is amazing. The owners are super sweet and helpful. I had the chicken shawarma sandwich with fries. Freshly made, packed with flavor and delicious. The lemon mint drink is so refreshing. Run, do not walk, (okay, maybe drive) to Taza in Bossier City on Benton Road. It was absolutely amazing. It’s a small, quaint space and very clean. (It’s where the old Roly Poly’s sandwich place used to be.). The owners were so friendly and helpful. And an added bonus that you are able to see your food being prepared. I got the lamb chops and my wife and daughter shared a combination platter. We left full and with a full to-go box. All of the meat was so tender and juicy with just the right amount of char. The yellow rice was very fragrant and I couldn’t stop eating it. And the hummus was rich and vibrant. Go and support this establishment because it’s now one of our favorites and we want it to stick around!

Best Greek food in Bossier City! You get a ton of food with your order and everything is made FRESH! Customer service was also amazing! The staff was super welcoming and friendly. I was so excited to eat, forgot to take a pic first 😂 Seriously, highly recommend this restaurant!

Arrived early to pick up our lunch, while waiting I enjoyed the scenery and even purchased some drinks as we had forgotten to. Such friendly service, and the place looks beautiful so double points! Our food was out of this world delicious, a first time & we will definitely be back! The gyro plate and gyro sandwich are definite recommends! Fresh pita bread piping hot too! (:

My husband and I have been looking for a chill place to have Saturday morning dates and Taza is perfect. The chicken is so juicy both times we went. The salad is yummy. The lemon mint slush is insanely refreshing. The cardamom coffee was surprisingly good until you get down to the bottom where all the spice is. The rice was perfect. Lastly, the guy behind the counter was really nice.

Cute and lovely place with amazing food! I had the chicken kabob plate. The chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful. The rice, hummus, and salad were fresh and perfectly seasoned. The pita bread was warm and soft. Overall definitely a 10/10!
