Really good clearance prices...I always leave here with something I found at a great price! Although I never buy anything full price because I find anything not on clearance or sale to be overly expensive. Nice people here too.

Me and my husband just love this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful, plus everything is well organized and not too hard to find. They have good sales, too!

Employees are rude! Don’t smile & seem like they don’t want to be there. I wanted to exchange some items bc my son grew out of them & the “manager” I think.. seemed upset or like she didn’t really want to help me. It was weird & uncalled for. Then I asked about a bodysuit set that I had… I really wanted the same one but in a bigger size if they had it. The employee asked the manager about it & she told me “idk it’s over there somewhere” like huh? Your job is to help me. I didn’t understand the energy she was giving for no reason. I will continue to shop online & at your Howell MI location. It is better Having a baby is precious & most of your customers are excited to shop for their little ones! You need better employees who are happy to be there & happy to help

You can count on Carter's for high quality clothing for young children and babies. I found a lovely, good quality jacket and legging set for my nearly one-year-old granddaughter for less than $15 on sale! They also carry a small assortment of unique toys. And they are connected side-by-side with their subsidiary, OshKosh , so you can buy for all the children in your life. They have curbside pickup if you don't want to browse, but staff are wearing masks and the store is large enough that you can easily avoid other customers. I felt completely safe and well-served as a customer.

Stopped in at random to check some prices and was pleasantly surprised with a few items. The doorbuster deals were great, and the sale items were cute too. Some pieces, even with the sale, were a little more expensive than I would prefer to pay, but that's the brand. Happy with what we did buy and glad we stopped.

I like Carter’s brand clothing, my issue was that this location’s inventory apparently didn’t match what they had listed on Carter’s website. And a lot of items rang up for for different prices than were listed on the site. So I ordered some items online and went to pick them up at the store, so I could get the better price. And then they sent me home with the wrong bag (probably should have checked the bag before driving home). By the end of it all, it took me three trips back and forth to the store to get what I wanted. I should’ve ordered from home - I actually could’ve gotten another pair of pants with the extra money I spent on gas. Get it together, people. Whoever’s running the site, whoever’s doing inventory at this location, whoever. Hhhhhhh

Terrible sales associates. Rude, and we weren't even spoken to not once. I think the associates need a refresher course on customer service skills. They clearly didn't want to be there, and seems they hate their job's. WOW....😬
