I have resided in SAGA for the past two years, and it has been a tremendous living experience. The staff is warm and helpful. Maintenance is reliable and speedy. The amenities—gym, sky lounge, laundry room, and coffee bar—are of great convenience and benefit. SAGA’s proximity to Stray Hen and Fat Daddy’s makes yummy dining accessible. I’d be crazy to now renew!

Super nice amenities (the coffee bar comes in so handy & the sky lounge has the best views of Ann Arbor!) and rooms - my roommates and I love living here! The staff in the leasing office are readily available for any troubles/needs you may have and are so accommodating and helpful (especially Denise)!

Lived here during my freshman year and am currently still living here. The apartment complex itself is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sky lounge on the top floor also has a great ambience is a great place to relax and wind down. The staff as well are always kind and compassionate and answer questions appropriately. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for housing in AA

Great amenities, the sky lounge is my favorite spot to study because of the view (you can see the big house from there). The apartments are clean, free coffee every morning, and they hold events all the time with free food

I really enjoy living at Saga! It is in the perfect location close to campus and by so many great restaurants. The amenities are also the best and the staff is so helpful in all aspects.

I love living in Saga! My D1C unit is extremely spacious. all the facilities including the gym and the study spaces are extremely well kept. highly recommend living here!

Great apartment! The rooms are large, with lots of headroom, and the building provides lots of amenities, such as a gym, a nice coffee machine, and a lounge on the top floor. The staff are also very nice, and will happily respond to any requests you may have. Overall, a very nice place to live in Ann Arbor.

Very nice place! The rooms are all very homey (they have so much natural light) and the walls are thick enough where I almost never hear my neighbors. The walls inside the apartments do feel a bit thin, but just yell at ur roommates if they’re being too loud. Amenities are outstanding and the staff is super helpful/responsive whenever me or my roommates need anything! It is a bit pricey, but I think there’s a lot of quality that comes with the up-charge. Would strongly recommend!
