Dr Goebel and his staff are outstanding. He has been my son’s ENT since 18 months of age throughout childhood and is investigating and treating my recent sinus related hearing loss with full concern and care. He listens, is empathetic and takes no shortcuts with your health.

Even with the office being busy, I was not waiting long. Dr Goebel was great, knowledgeable and let me ask questions. They seem to have a good system set up to get patients in and out in a timely but not rushed manner.

I saw Dr. Goebel today as a follow up for vertigo symptoms. He was polite, however just seemed very awkward. Lots of awkward silences, seemed as if I had to keep pressing for answers. He handed me a handout and just kept telling me to read it. He allowed me to talk and ask questions, but just kept telling me to read the handout, versus taking the time to take in and consider what i was explaining. Just feel like the interaction and delivery of information could’ve gone much better. I left the appointment feeling like I’m back at square one and needing to look for a different doctor to better help me.

Information I got from Dr. Goebel helped me make my decision on what I needed to do next to alleviate my sinus issues.
