When
I
signed
my
lease
papers,
gas
was
part
of
the
apartment
complex's
responsibilities.
Now
however
I
have
been
made
aware
that
they
will
no
longer
be
honoring
that
part
of
my
initial
lease.
Maintenance
is
sub
par.
This
isnt
on
the
maintenance
men
themselves,
as
they
are
possibly
some
of
the
nicest
people
I
have
ever
met.
Instead
the
management
ignores
code
violations,
they
ignore
repair
requests.
I
have
four
outstanding
repair
requests
since
March
of
this
year
(
it
is
October
as
of
this
review).
The
wiring
in
my
townhouse
is
sub
par,
with
my
breaker
box
having
8
connections,
and
yet
five
of
my
rooms
go
to
one
switch.
My
outside
box
is
somehow
wired
to
the
properties,
so
if
they
fail
to
pay
their
electric
bill
(which
they
have
been
guilty
of
multiple
times)
my
power
is
shut
off
with
theirs.
I
have
been
advised
this
is
against
code,
and
is
a
fire
hazard,
and
made
the
property
manager
at
the
time
aware
of
this
in
November
of
last
year
(2014).
The
furnace
system
desperately
needs
an
overhaul,
as
it
smells
like
a
dead
animal
whenever
it
turns
on,
and
again,
I
made
this
repair
request
last
year.
The
vent
system
is
connected
to
the
units
on
each
side
of
my
townhouse,
I
can
hear
the
neighbors
talking
clear
as
day
when
in
the
bathroom.
There
is
a
large
bug
problem,
that
has
yet
to
be
addressed
after
multiple
seasons,
with
me
going
so
far
as
to
use
products
to
spray
around
the
entrance
to
my
townhome,
both
front
and
back.
The
winter
time
is
atrocious,
as
they
do
not
often
plow,
and
while
the
maintenance
man
is
often
out
there
with
his
snowblower,
I
often
had
to
salt
and
shovel
my
walkway
and
the
side
walk.
For
650ish
+
a
month,
go
find
another
place
to
live.
This
property
has
no
respect
for
its
renters
at
all.
